    Bed bugs gone!

    The first time Faraz came to spray our house for those annoying bed bugs, we slept good and literally didn't get any more bugs bite right after. We followed most of his recommendations (i.e., bug proof mattress covers). We got another appointment for the follow up spray which is more than the right time frame but even then we never got bitten again. We are really happy and we would highly recommend the company Pestend and Faraz to give you peace of mind against pests issues at your home.

    Service

    Moe has done a phenomenal job of taking care of our cockroach issue in our house . Always on time and does what needs to be done . Highly recommend Pestend Pest Control.

    Pest Infestation

    I reached out to Pestend Pest Control to help with a cockroach infestation in my condo. It was a very upsetting situation and they were so understanding and helpful. They scheduled my apt and followed up to confirm arrival. The service technician explained everything and was very through in the treatment. As it was coming from a nearby unit they also followed up with a second treatment in a few weeks to help ease my concerns. I was beyond happy with the level of service and quality of work.

    Mice exterminator

    Told us exactly where the mice were coming in from and set up inaccessible traps with poison. We sealed the spots they had recommended us to get fixed and have had no mice issues since then. Wish we hadn't waited this long to call them. Extremely satisfied. Great service.

    Bedbugs extermination

    Had an infestation of bedbugs. Called Pestend, they went home, made an inspection, applied the heat treatment and got rid of the bugs!! After 10 days made the follow up and everything was perfect!! Thanks a lot Pestend!! You really ended the pest at home!!

    Still have rats

    I called this company because of the good reviews. They came and just quickly placed traps outside and inside my home. Never really checked for any entry/exit points. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. This was about 2 months ago. I still have rats, not one has been caught with the traps. I tried calling to followup and am just told there are no guarantees. Never get a call back.

Whenever we perform a rodent service, a huge part of it is identifying any potential entry points on the exterior of the property in order to take a proactive and preventative approach. In addition, if a rat has not been caught in the interior trap, it does not necessarily mean they are still inside the property. Often times the rats travel back outside and consume the bait in the exterior stations and die on the outside. For this reason, you may not always find something in the traps, however your issue can already be resolved.     Wasp nest remover and pest control

    I used this company for two different reasons and each time I was given great service. I moved into a new home and initially called Pestend to remove a wasp nest. Zafar was professional and he removed it in no time. Because of his service, I called Pestend again when we discovered mice in the house. Faraz has been working with us for the last few months and I can't thank him enough. He's very informative about mice control; he provided details about the products they use and what I can do on my end to minimize the problem. I appreciated that he would check in with me, especially because I'm terrified of these little things. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

    Beg Bug Annihilation!

    Faraz and Luke were both wonderful and accommodating! I would gladly recommend them to anyone who faces the scourge that is bedbugs. Ours was a relatively mild infestation, and we have not had any activity since the initial heat treatment, so I couldn’t be happier. We had some technical issues on our end, and they were so professional and understanding about how we needed to reschedule. Faraz in particular is a gem. He was the epitome of professional and personable, and I kinda want to be his friend. Our dog loves him.

    Wasp extermination

    He took less than 5 min to do the work. It was a hidden nest in the crack by the window. Initially it wiped out a lot of wasps, there was no activity outside but my concern was the wasps inside which they don’t do anything about. We killed about 30 wasps inside and just today on 11/23/19 I saw one wasp that I killed. It seemed to be quite active despite the cold weather. I don’t know if this problem will be worse when the summer comes. My fear is that the nest is still alive and they’re in hibernation. He should have taken the time to root them out rather that go from one job to the next

When performing a wasp extermination our objective is to destroy the nest they have made inside your structure, in order to get to the root of the problem. It is always possible to see some activity inside and if we are on site during that time we can knock it down for you with raid. In regards to the nest still being active, that can happen as well, as the nest can be deep inside the structure (difficult for treatment to reach), and in some cases you may need a second application.
