    Customer Service @ Tony

    Tony did an amazing job! He was very helpful and answered at my questions with no hesitation. He really knows what he is doing! He can prepared and was very professional. He went above and beyond! Very good customer service and he definitely enjoys what he is doing! Tony is the best!

    Ant removal

    Moe our technician was fantastic! We struggled to get ride of ants in our home. We called Moe and he was so helpful and solved our problem! We would definitely recommend his services. Thank you Moe!

    Pharaoh Ants Removal

    We were extremely satisfied with the Pestend service experience. The technician was right on time with the appointment and very efficient in explaining the issue and what would be done to resolve the problem with the Pharaoh Ants. The next morning we were concerned as we had an influx of ants and called Pestend again who got immediately in touch with the technician and reassured us not to worry as the course of events taking place were very normal as the ants had found the baits set up for them and were in the process of taking those to the nest(s). Sure enough everything played out as planned. In a few days they had disappeared.

    Still have bugs after heat treatment

    We had a heat treatment done after finding several baby bedbugs in the night- we’d been inspecting due to bites and followed the help of our cat who is an epic hunter. The company assured us that we did not need to get rid of any furniture and we didn’t need to prep the apartment- the bugs would be gone in one day. We did get rid of the mattress and bed as a precaution, it was tainted anyway. Within days I had found new fecal matter on the new bed and a bug skin. The company insisted they needed a live bug for the garuntee to be in place. So they did a “residual spray” and assured us it would kill any more bugs. Now a week later I have been finding more evidence and the company is insisting we do not have bedbugs regardless of the dead bed bug in the trap (they say it’s a beetle- I disagree) bites and skins & itchy cat as well. We are now paying for another company to treat our stuff as we move. I would not recommend this company. I felt they used very bias opinion based “inspections” to get out of helping us with our problem. And honestly feel taken advantage of in a traumatic time.

    Hi. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are saddened to hear that despite our best efforts you are still unsatisfied with our services. When we had initially provided you a consultation (July 23 ,2018), it was clearly mentioned by the technician that there was no bed bug activity and or evidence found in your unit. At the time, since your property manager had agreed to reimburse you for the amount of the treatment, you had decided to continue and proceed with the heat treatment for your own peace of mind, despite the results of the consultation. However, once the extermination was being performed at your property you started insisting that we price match and reimburse you the amount that you had already paid, as your property manager thought he could get a better quote. Even though that was very unreasonable at that point, we had still agreed to discuss the matter, if you were able to provide us quotation from a reputable company, but you were not able to do so. Then, after a few days you started demanding a refund indicating that we had failed to provide you complete elimination and that you were getting bites. At that point you told us that you had a live bed bug in a jar. As a result, we had agreed to provide you a full refund if you were able to provide us any evidence. When we asked you to schedule an inspection the following day to verify if in fact you had found a bed bug in order to issue the refund, you changed your statement from having a live bedbug to having only a shell and asked us to provide you a follow up service instead. We gladly provided you a follow up service (Aug 02, 2018), and again no evidence was found in your unit. Furthermore, once again after a few more days you got back to us with a picture indicating that you found a bed bug stuck in bed bug monitor. However, upon inspection (Aug 20, 2018) it was found that it was merely a beetle and dead spiders, and again no bed bug activity (live or dead) was found on either the mattress or the bed frame. At Pestend we work very hard to deliver our customers the highest level of customer service. We are disappointed to hear that after our best intentions and efforts you do not feel this way. Again, we would recommend that you consult a doctor to determine what may be causing what you think are bites on your body. Best Wishes, Pestend Team

    Very, very pleased!

    We live in SE Burlington. We had had quite a lot of flying ants for 2-3 weeks. Soon, apparently, to become carpenter ants! Our various amateur methods did not work. Desperate one Sunday, we called a couple of places. Pestend answered in person, even on a Sunday. Alex, their technician came at 11:30 am the NEXT day. He was on time, conscientious, respectful, pleasant, professional and attentive. He carefully explained things to us, and also, gave us a couple of prevention tips. After meeting him, we had zero qualms leaving him alone in our home for the almost 2-hour procedure. He left our home very neat. After 2-3 days, the ants were totally gone. A big thank you!     Removed hornet nest

    The person who answers call originally was pleasant and clearly spoken, she booked the service for following day and it was holiday Monday so I was happy. The gentleman who showed up was on time, introduced himself, courteous. Worked in timely manner, worked safe, cleared up the nest to make it safe for my family. I would recommend your company

    Great fast service

    Called Pestend, because we saw a mouse, they came the next day and took care of us. They were fast, clean and professional. They blocked holes that may have been the access point for the mice.

    Bed Bugs

    Was able to book an appoint 2 days after discovering a bed bug problem. The website clearly describes what to do when you find you have bed bugs and what to do in preparation for the first visit. Zafar was our technician. He showed up on time and did an excellent job of reviewing the process that was to follow. He assessed the situation, inspecting each room and the spraying the whole house. At the 2nd follow-up visit, we reviewed the bed bug log we had been keeping. He then re-inspected the rooms, dusted the rooms with a non-powder that kills live bed bugs and also put traps under the feet of the beds. The traps also have the same powder to kill any bed bugs that enter. The traps are a great way to monitor the situation. We will be keeping them in place always, as a preventative measure. Zafar truly understand the mental stress that bed bugs create for people. He did a fantastic job of helping us manage our sense of overwhelm that came with the bed bugs (reassuring that it would be ok) and of getting rid of the problem (the bugs). We would highly recommend Zafar and Pestend.

    Ant extermination

    Ram was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. He gave me a full explanation as well as helpful advice and told me exactly what to expect throughout the process and afterwards. Ram was also precisely on time and very reassuring. I highly recommend them.

    Mouse eradication

    Moe was the technician who came to my house after we saw a mouse in our home. He was able to quickly assess my house and provided me details of how the mouse got into my house. He recommended solutions to ensure no others could get in and he applied the rodenticide. We have not seen any other pests. Thanks, Moe!
