Please accept our most sincere apologies regarding any inconvenience that may have occurred. For the treatments performed at your property, methods, procedures, and prices were explained to you both over the phone and in writing; which were signed by yourself. Your initial carpenter ant extermination was done on May 18th with recommendations to have the entire property treated for the best results. But you decided to only have a spot treatment done and thus we cannot offer any warranty on such treatments where entire structure is not treated, or technician recommendation are not followed. During your second visit for the rat program and carpenter ants follow up, the same points were repeated on the service report, again, signed by yourself. Your third visit occurred on Wednesday July 4th regarding carpenter ant’s infestation localised to the ceiling area, which was not initially treated on May 18th, even though it was highly recommended to you by both our office representatives and Moe himself.
