We discovered that we had an ant problem. Carpenter ants were being found all over the house. I have 2 small kids and we needed to do something about it quickly. We called one of the big players in this space and they came by, gave the house a quick look (never saw 1 ant) quoted me a lot of money to spray and said call this number to schedule. A few days later the problem got a lot worse, we called to schedule and they could not come for 2 weeks. That is when I called Pestend. They answered the call, took my info and said they would call me back to make arrangements to be out the next day! I needed 1 more day to prep the house but they came and did an amazing job. The gentlemen that came (Fezi) was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, why and where. He took me through the house top to bottom floor patiently answering my questions and educating me on what we about to happen, what I needed to do afterward and what to expect. He generally seemed to take pride in what he did and he genuinely wanted to help me and my family by getting rid of the pests. When the job was done, he was right. I could barely smell anything. There was no mess and above all. I already started seeing some dead ants. A good story IF it ended here but it didn't.
Fezi texted me a few times the next few days to see how things were, explained that seeing a few ants in the state I found them was normal and offered to come back if anything changed.
A week later, we had some work being done outside the house (below the bay window) and found the nest! I called Fezi and he was at our house in a matter of a few hours. Critical for us because the nest was exposed and the ants were going to go somewhere else.
He came and sprayed the next over an over until there were no more ants spewing out of it. He looked to enjoy the work he was doing too.
