    Extermination

    We bought a house and quickly found that it had some unwanted visitors - it was not pleasant at all! So I called Pestend, among a couple other companies. Why did I decide to go with them? From the first call, they seemed like they cared. Nitu, asked about my home, and exactly what I had seen happening in the house. From there she walked me through the process and set realistic expectations. She said it was a process - it would take some time to get this thing fully solved. She sensed the urgency and was able to get a technician out the same day. I ran 20 min late, but Moe, who would be treating our home, was right in time. He was gracious, and although Nitu had answered many of my questions that morning, he went through everything again, patiently. Again, he set realistic expectations and reminded me it was a process. He said we didn’t need to do certain parts of the home, but if I was concerned, he would do them. And he did - I saw that he treated every corner of the house. Several weeks later, we had to book a second meeting. There was no fuss, no arguing, no complaining - they just came to do exactly what they said they were going to do. Moe, again, answered a bunch more questions and treated the whole house minus a couple spots that didn’t need treatment. Two months later: the house is in different shape. Like they anticipated, it was a process and we’re right on track. Moe offered to come by again if necessary to do a final treatment. Nitu and Moe were phenomenal. The staff I spoke to when I didn’t connect directly with them were pleasant and were always patient with me. They answered all the questions I had no matter how’s many times I called. I really appreciate the care they took to service my home. Yes, I would recommend this company.

    Rat and mice control

    Moe was my technician and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He identified physical repairs, showed me want to look for and keep an eye on and followed up at regular intervals. Problem solved first time in the first month. Excellent results.

    Pharaoh Ants

    I had Fazee come to my grandmother's house on two occasions to apply a gel to kill these ants. After the first application, most of the ants were gone. Throughout the service call, Fazee was professional and friendly. I would recommend this service if you differ from this problem.

    Pest Control

    Moe the technician was very professional and helpful. Great service. Quick response. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Good follow-up after initial treatment. I am very satisfied and would recommend this service.

    Repair of animal damage on roof

    Very happy with the services. Bashir responded quickly to our call, explained his findings and promptly repaired the damage. We appreciate the attention to detail and warranty on the work.

    Bed bug treatment

    Praful from Pestend came to my room and sprayed for bed bugs. He was on time, thorough and friendly. I was absolutely thrilled with his services from the first call to all the way through payment. He offered honest advise and a reasonable plan of action to treat.

    Mice

    It was great experience very professional the teqnichian Moe was great get rid of the problem with 3 weeks . Very recommended ask for Moe

    North york

    We needed treatment to remove unwanted guests of mice. The Pestend technician was very professional and explained how the mice were entering and how to seal access. Javid also showed us where he was setting traps and what to expect in terms of timeline for exterminating the mice.Mr.Javaid did a fantastic job not only by applying an effective treatment, but explaining with calm, in details the whole process, steps, etc. And that helped a lot.
