    Pest control

    I had a mice problem that I called another company to come deal with. I thought my problem was dealt with but unfortuantely the mice came back. I called the other company back and they brushed me off and said it wasn't possible that the mice were back. I called Pestend and they promised me that their work was guaranteed. Moe the technician was very professional, courteous and well spoken. He listened to the problem and explained that the reason the mice came back was because the other company never bothered to see where the problem was coming from to begin with. Moe went around the exterior of the house and discovered two small holes in the brick of the house and informed me that by closing those up and with the product he would put around interior of the house that the mice problem would be solved. True to his word, I have been mice free since their one and only visit. They have also been very attentive and have checked into whether or not I have had any further issues. Save yourself the trouble and just go with Pestend from the start. I wish I had never wasted my time and money on the other company I called initially. Thank you Pestend!

    Mouse control

    Nurul, the Pestend serviceman, treated the property for mice, returning twice to provide additional treatments over several months (the fee guarantees service for the original problem for a period of six months). Nurul was patient, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Very good service.

    Bed bugs gone!

    Had a bedbug problem that seemed to pop up overnight. Fair to say that I was completely freaked out. Had to throw out my bed and bed box and move a bunch of stuff. I called this company for help and advice. They gave me some advice over the phone and what to do to prepare for them to come and treat the place. The guy who came was Alex, he was super cool and chill and made the experience less stressful because he was so calm about everything (i guess this is kind of his thing). Helped me move out some stuff, sprayed the whole place, then came back 2 weeks for a second treatment. There is also a 3 month warranty in case the treatment doesn't help, so that was comforting. Fair to say that thus fair I have not had any more bed bugs. They pretty much disappeared after the first treatment after the first treatment. Great company. Helped me out of a stressful jam.

    Bed Bugs

    Having had a problem with bed bugs that I wasn't beating on my own with a steamer, I researched exterminators and decided on Pestend and they seemed most genuinely concerned and the price was reasonable. I had the heat treatment and I am happy to say they are gone. Thank you and Zafar, I would highly recommend you.

    Beg Bug Extermunation

    For some weeks we were being bitten a night and could not understand what was happening. When we examined our bed, we found that the box spring was infested with bed bugs. We had seen a few elsewhere but weren't sure what they were. We called your company. Zafar and Luqmman arrived and did a very thorough job a treating our home. They were very professional and polite. We would recommend your company to friends.

    Bed Bugs

    We had discovered bed bugs in our apartment, and firstly decided to do a heat treatment, unfortunately, if you live in a condominium there is not enough power to kill bed bugs. A company we had contacted hadn't mentioned anything to us and we had paid $400 for nothing. Luckily I had found PESTEND company and a representative had scheduled an appointment for me.​ In addition, I have contacted the company few more times and asked questions regarding the preparation and would like to admit that a representative remained calm and thank you very much for that! In addition, we were very happy with the service technician. Tony was professional​,knowledgeable, answered all our questions quickly and solved the problem. He also found a bed bug nest and said that they were in our apartment for approximately ​3 months VS when a heat treatment company said that they were there for just a few​ weeks. During the follow - up we hadn't found any bed bugs and I am sure they are gone for good. If you have bed bugs choose a chemical treatment and contact PESTEND. Yes, you will have to wash all your entire cloth, clean an apartment and struggle for 2 weeks, but the result will amaze​ you because it's efficient, and the company offers 3 months warranty for the service provided. Highly recommend PESTEND company and Tony (the service technician).

    Removal of Mice and Ants

    Fazee was EXCELLENT! Cannot say enough great things about this company. Fazee was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend for any type of pest removal.

    removal of mice

    Bed Bugs

    We discovered we had a bed bug problem in early January 2017, and were able to schedule an appointment to have an exterminator from Bed Bug Exterminator Pro/Pestend come by first thing the next morning. Tony did an excellent job. He was very thorough and assured us he could get rid of the problem. In the days that followed the first treatment, I had a number of follow-up questions about how we should be cleaning the apartment, storing our belongings, and other things we should be doing to prepare for the second treatment, and Tony would promptly and thoroughly respond to any questions I sent him via text. About a week after the second treatment, we discovered one bed bug that was still alive and panicked, but Tony, as well as another representative from Pestend who we called, both assured us that the bugs can take a few weeks to die after treatment, and we haven't seen any bugs since. We are over a month out now since first discovering them, so hopefully they're gone for good. But if not, it's reassuring to have the three-month warranty from Pestend. Would definitely recommend their services.

    Bed Bug Removal

    Praful was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns and put me at ease. The bed bugs seem to be gone after the first treatment. He was very thorough and spent extra time on the first treatment to ensure nothing was missed. I highly recommend his services!
