Moe was great, did a thorough inspection of the house, found out where the mice were getting in (which previous exterminators missed), and solved the problem!

On Christmas day I received a hysterical call from a tenant claiming she had bed bugs. I made a few calls and low and behold Tony from Pestend was able to come on short notice and during the holiday season to help this unfortunate situation. He was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He returned for the follow treatment 2 weeks later with the same great positive performance and attitude and saved the day. Pestend personnel Moe was assigned to this job. He was very courteous and demonstrated much customer relations. He showed where the mice were coming from and advised us to clog up the holes. He installed the baits in the garage and basement ( where the mice were present). I called Pestend to discuss some concerns and they were so good to return and address the concerns. I am satisfied so far with the results and I would highly recommend them.
