Pestend control services took care of my exterior mice infestation. Moe,the technician is very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen careful and applied the correct treatment. In just 2 week no presence of live mice was seen In fact, we found couple of dead ones. The best thing is that they will give you an hour or two hours time window of technician's arrival time AND he will call you when he is on his way. VERY reliable. Moe nailed it for good. I will give Pestend 10 stars rating

We went to Niagara Falls and brought back bed bugs! As soon as I figured out what had happened, I called Pestend and someone came to inspect my house that same day. He was friendly and professional. He couldn't find any bugs in my bedroom but the bites on my leg were proof enough. He said they were likely hiding in the walls (inside the walls!! - yuck!). He did find one bug in the basement (where the bags were) so we had to treat the whole house. We scheduled the heat treatment that weekend. Two men, Zafar and Luqman, worked on our house for the day. They heated our house with equipment from their truck so it wasn't an additional cost to our hydro bill. They finished the job on schedule and we were able to sleep in our house that same night. I also appreciated that the truck was unmarked so we had some privacy from neighbours. The heat treatment did the trick and killed all the bugs that were hiding in the walls. We saw them dead two days later as they came out and came into contact with the poison. Two weeks later, Zafar came back to do an inspection. Everything looked good but he still sprayed my room and the basement as an extra safety measure - which I really appreciate. I can sleep soundly again!

Two weeks ago I frantically called Pestend. Within half an hour they had Zafar at my house. He was superb; very nice, funny and definitely knew what to do. It's been 2 weeks and I would say the treatment was 100% successful. I highly recommend Pestend for any extermination needs you may have. Service is prompt and professional and their prices are terrific!

I didn't know what we had in our house, but Pestend was calm and professional and even phoning them made me feel less worried. Fazee came very promptly and figured out we had carpet beetles and got rid of them that week. He came back for a follwup checkup (no charge) and gave further preventive advice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We had noticed that we had wasps nests as well several ants around the house. After searching through Homestars for a company I called Pesticon and within 24 hours they were on site. They sprayed for both and within 48 hours the pest were gone. Was very impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to take care of our unwelcomed guests. Highly recommend.

Very professional company. Fazee was friendly and thoroughly explained the plan for treatment. It has been approximately 2 weeks and I haven't seen any droppings. I definitely would recommend this company.

Adam and Alex from Pestend came and got rid of the birds in our roof. The guys were quick with the job and patient (esp with my mother), answering all our questions and assuring us. They are the sweetest pest control guys I know and there's no doubt I will go back to them for all my pest problems. Highly recommended!

Fazee was friendly and knowledgeable. Pestend got rid of the mouse problem, which we had been unable to do on our own. Almost six months later, a new infestation was getting started, and Pestend returned free-of-charge under warranty.
