    Smoothest move-in/out & Storage

    I would like to write a relatively long review because of how grateful I was for Cargo Cabbie’s service: I wanted to move-out from a bachelor unit to another one but also needed an overnight storage in between. My sister found the company online by checking their reviews & suggested them to me. I called them to get a quote & their response was very prompt & they were very amiable. I want to thank Leticia for her excellent customer service (calling to confirm with me & checking how everything went within an hour of the move ending) but also especially Cameron & Julio (1st day movers) as well as John & Ryan (2nd day movers) who were all professional, amiable & hardworking. Each team spent ~1h15 mins to finish their task at my place then drive back. The quote time would include the time they leave storage up until they finish their job. Again, I want to thank Cargo Cabbie for an excellent staff, customer service & a smooth job completion. Usually moving-in/out isn’t a pleasurable experience & could be very stressful, but they made it so smooth, I didn’t notice how fast & easy it went! Price wise it might seem expensive, but after seeing the service I’d say it’s worth every penny! High value, highly recommended if you want to move-in/out or if you just need storage for furniture. Thank you again! A five-star company!

    Storage move with red moving bins

    I needed a place to store my stuff while traveling abroad. Cargo Cabbie provided the labor, the boxes, truck and storage space. i found their moving and storage services extremely convenient. Communication with the office was always prompt and clear. The movers themselves were both friendly and personable.

    Amazing ! These guys are very professional and I would highly recommend them for big and small moves !

    Javier is extremely professional Johnathon who organized the pick up of my sofa and was the driver was prompt, friendly and very professional I would highly recommend them and will use them for any move

    Condo to house

    Move from 2 BR condo in central/east toronto to house west side of High park. both packing and moving services Pros: - Excellent availability - Very professional - Excellent packing job - Nothing broken or damaged in any way - They sent 4 people then added a 5th in the middle of the day to speed things up, they worked very hard, only took 2 short breaks - Head office called multiple times throughout the day to make sure I had no concerns Cons: - They did significantly underestimate the time the packing and the move would require and there was a serious chance to miss the elevator service time had anyone else scheduled a move that day. In retrospect they should have arranged for packers to come the previous day. that said, they did send an additional person to speed things up in the middle of the day although that would not have saved us had we missed the elevator - Their services were not cheap; although given the amount and quality of work I was not upset about the price Overall: - I was very satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend them.

    Unloading a Storage Container

    Needed some help unloading a storage container after a home renovation so I hired these guys. The booking process was painless and the staff arrived on time the day of the move. They were all very friendly and got the job done really quickly while making sure to take care of all our furniture and our house. Having had a few bad experiences with other moving companies in the past, working with Cargo Cabbie was surprisingly pleasant. Will definitely hire them again!

    Moving is a diffult thing!

    A positive, professional crew showed up to move my many things from a difficult street parking situation to a building where the elevation had a very short booking window. They were super organized and worked very hard and the move was accomplished with a minimum of stress on my part!

    No-stress move

    I was prepping my house for sale and had a roomful of items I needed to remove and store. The two young men who helped me were organized, professional, polite and friendly. They treated my belongings with care and respect and worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

    Amazing help

    So my mother died 3 weeks ago. She was 98 and had a good life. We - her daughters, have had the task of cleaning out her apartment at the seniors residence. Everyone who was interested in taking anything had picked it up, but there were still a few items that no one in the immediate family wanted and I had till the 27th to empty the rooms or the remaining items, furniture and photos, would be put in the garbage. There were cousins and others who lived out of town and wanted an opportunity for mementos from mom. In a panic I called Cargo Cabbie to move these few items. It is so close to the end of the month that they were busy and had no one till next week. Too late. I explained my situation to Joanna. Well, after telling me they were booked up, Joanna contacted me almost immediately and said that after talking with her boss about the urgency of our situation, she was able to find some of the movers who were in the neighbourhood of my mom's residence - and they agreed to come and pick up these pieces and take them to my cousin. They only needed to pick up the furniture as I was going to pick up the boxes of photos tomorrow. Well, the nicest guys in the whole world came and took the furniture and, when I wasn't there, someone at the residence told them to take the boxes also. When I contacted Joanna about the mistake with the boxes she was able to have Kat, a woman in her office, bring me the boxes directly! And at no extra cost. They were great! Treated me like a valued customer - were caring and responsible, efficient and went over and above what they needed to do. I am more than pleased. I will now call them with all my moving needs.

    Home last minute move

    The cargo cabbie team is exactly what they say they are! Reliable, professional, personable and honest. They got me out of a bind with a 2 day advance call. From my first call to inquire until the end of my move I was in awe of the service! I can't find words enough to express my gratitude. I most certainly will recommend all of you to use them. Moving is a pain but with Cargo cabbie it's seemless!

    Storage move

    We needed a quick solution as our floors were being refinished. Cargo Cabbie was one of the only companies available to pack and store our collection of fine art and furniture within our short window! Two professional movers efficiently and safely packed our items and moved them into their storage facility until the floors were finished. Upon completion, their cheerful office coordinator helped to arrange for delivery. They were very flexible and carefully delivered, uppacked and set every item back into place the following day! Thanks Cargo Cabbie!
