We pride ourselves in being fair and upfront with our prices, and we would hate for you to think that you were charged unfairly for our services. We want to reiterate that we have a 2-hour minimum for the type of service you requested, which we explicitly told you over the phone. It is also clearly stated on the estimate so that there is no confusion. However, after your move, we decided to waive the second-hour minimum and only charge you for the actual time used, which was significantly less than what you had agreed to. We encourage you to double check the estimate you received to verify this information. We hope you can see that we appreciate your business, as we stayed behind for an hour and a half after our office hours to arrange and accommodate your last-minute move for the next day. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call or send us an email directly and we will be happy to explain to you how your final bill was in fact lower than your initial estimate.
