    2nd time using the movers, 3rd time using moving supplies 3 times in past 3 years

    I have used Cargo Cabbies twice for moving my large collection of books and furniture. Three times for moving supplies like boxes and reuseable bins. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices all from locally based company. 10 out 10

    Helpful, friendly, fast, pros.

    Wow! I was a little unsure about the cost of moving, but I knew I wanted the best. These guys were amazing. From the detailed upfront consultation and super-attentive customer service to the follow-up call at the end of the move, everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. The movers (Josh, Cameron and sorry I forget!) were so impressive. They were friendly and fast and handled our art collection like pros. Everything was so carefully and quickly done, and they totally Tetris-ed the truck. Job very well done! Thank you.

    Awkward Fridge Move

    So we purchased a fridge that we realized after the fact would not fit into our kitchen due to the fridge's width and our house's tiny narrow hallways (century old). Lowe's got it as far as our dining room and suggested we have some movers lift it up and over our new granite countertop breakfast nook into the kitchen - that our we cut a hole in our wall to widen the doorframe. I called up Cargo Cabbie for a quote on the odd job - explained it all in full (i.e. nothing could touch the granite or it would crack - eek) and they sent me a reasonable quote. They were super thorough and very nice. I got to know the customer service rep Keegan quite well by the end - having to explain things further so they understood the job. On move day, a pack of 4 arrived and said they loved a challenge. They provided all the necessary equipment and lifted that puppy up and over with no hiccups in under 15 minutes. They even offered to call their boss and have them lower the cost as it was easier than expected. Such a delightful experience. So happy we got it done and was overall extremely impressed and happy with the level of customer service - it's rare these days!

    Move

    Cargo Cabbie did a thorough and professional job. They added extra guys when they became available, and were flexible on going to a second location when circumstances changed a bit. They were friendly and courteous, and made sure our things were well taken care of. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to move.

    Smooth Move!

    I use HomeStars because I appreciate and demand excellent service, and Cargo Cabbie lived up to this promise in all respects! From Zara in the office through Javier with his site visit ... and Alex and his team on moving day, these guys all did a top notch job. There were no surprises and no disappointments -- just a professional, courteous, speedy and effective move that met all of their commitments. I will definitely call them again for my next move!

    Moving locally (East York to Toronto)

    Cargo Cabbie is the best mover imaginable. They held to their estimate even though they brought in two extra employees. They worked until the job was thoroughly finished. They were polite to me and to each other. They worked hard but with care.

    Movin' on up!

    These guys were seriously fantastic! They were quick, efficient, polite and got the job done under the estimated time... and it wasn't an easy move. There were stairs - lots of stairs... I'm absolutely calling them again next time I move - no question. Thanks again, fellas!

    Out of city move witg Cargo cabbie

    They were awesome, Fun friendly and and they made sure nothing get damage during the move. Cargo cabbie lived to their reputation. A small move to a farm in Guelph with no stress. Thanks Cargo cabbie!

    Great Local Mover

    Cargo Cabbie staff were professional, kind, respective, and efficient. We were pleased with their service and how they kept us informed of the status of the move throughout the day.     Great experience!

    Cargo Cabbie were absolutely wondeful! I was stressed out leading up to the move and they really put my mind at ease. Very professional, punctual and fast. Would definitely use them again!
