Part of the reason we request photos or perform on-sites is to ensure that our crews are well-prepared for the moves, and that includes knowing what the furniture is made out of, what needs to be brought to protect those items, and the proper methods of wrapping and packing. Our movers and packers are highly skilled and trained on the proper techniques (just watch them wrap a couch!) so that they can wrap and move your items in the blink of an eye!
