    Movers

    I would give this company an 11 if I could. I’ve used them twice now, once for a storage move, and also to move my washer dryer unit out of the laundry closet (twice !) for the plumber to fix a botched washer repair. I am especially grateful that Cargo Cabbie managed to accommodate the second appliance move, as an urgent request at the end of a busy day. I’ve had several movers in the past, some of them rude, one who preferred to drop heavy boxes rather than carefully lowering them, another who glowered at me after he scratched the floor and I politely asked if he could be more careful, and a gross bug from a dirty truck arriving with my belongings. I’ve also had some who were just ok. Cargo Cabbie goes beyond ok and all of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. The professional and accommodating office staff (thanks Alli, Hillary and Theresa) walked me through every step of the process. The fabulous moving guys (thanks Jonathan, Jack, Chris and Jake) arrived on time, took great care of my belongings, had a clean, well organized truck, and did everything to put me at ease. When the 2nd appliance move took less time than expected, the amount I had agreed upon was significantly lowered without my asking. I will soon be moving to a new place and there is no question that I will use Cargo Cabbie and highly recommend them to others.

    Moving

    From start to finish Cargo Cabbie is wonderful. Alli, who was our coordinator was friendly, helpful and organized. After confirming our time a date of the move we shortly had a conflict and she managed to switch things around for us. Great communication through every step, phone calls and emails had a quick response and every question or concern was answered and managed. The day of the move they guys showed up on time. Our movers were Jonathan, Jack and Jake. They were amazingly friendly. They worked very hard and got everything done surprisedly sooner then expected. They were all very concerned with all our items and wrapped and protected everything as if it were their own. They work true to their motto of friendly, professional and reliable. They managed to take all the stress out of moving. We are new parents with a 5 week old baby and everything managed to go smoothly. I will use them again and I strongly recommend them.

    House Move

    I can't recommend Cargo Cabbie strongly enough. I've used them for my last 4 moves and have been impressed every time! My items have been well carried for and the men on the crews have been very respectful. It's worth hiring Cargo Cabbie if you want an easy move!

    packing services plus home move

    Meeting Javier was refreshing and we had no doubt after five minutes into our meeting with him that we were going to book with his company. He helped us plan and execute the pack and move of our 3 bedroom house in North York. The whole Cargo cabbie team did a great job by helping us with our second move in two years. What a difference... last company we used was horrible, and the experience wasn't good, This time, we decided to try hiring real pros. Getting a price quote for the move: Javier came to our home and explained why they were different than other companies, pictures of our furniture were taken to help plan the move. Every charge was clear and upfront, the estimate was simple and easy to understand, the booking process was straight-forward and easy. The ladies at the office kept the communication open and they were great answering the million questions we had. On moving day: Six good healthy gentleman arrived on time and eager to help. They brought two clean trucks, wrapped our furniture with extreme care and exactly as promised they completed the move on time and on budget. Nothing got damaged, my house was spotless after they left. Overall, no doubt, 10 out 10 and wont hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

    movers

    Friendly and professional. Very careful with everything. Movers took special care to ensure everything was well wrapped and packed. I would definitely use them again. They were even friendly with my dog.

    Phenomenal moving experience

    I used Cargo Cabbie for a big move, a furniture pickup and a Pod load. Each time the company was consistent with service, communication, and attention to detail. Their movers are super friendly, easy going, experienced and they really care about making a very stressful day easy on you and family. 100% satisfied and will pass their contact information to anyone looking for reliable movers.

    Moving Company

    My family lives in the neighbourhood, so it was a natural choice for us to go with Cargo Cabbie for our recent moves. However, we were surprised by the excellence of the firm - they exceeded our expectations at every step of the way. The fleet is new and clean, the staff is enthusiastic, polite and professional, and the whole process of booking, estimating, scheduling, billing and paying was seamless and really easy. We used Cargo Cabbie for several different moves over a period of several months and we would recommend their services to anyone.

    Condo move

    Excellent service. The movers were fast, proficient and precise. I would recommend to anyone. Everything went smoothly. Started on time and finished early. Movers were helpful and friendly. I would hire them again in the future.

    House move

    In a word: ah-mazing! Javier and his team were excellent across the board: punctual, professional, friendly, careful, hard-working and efficient. Javier said to me when I was interviewing moving companies, "my goal is for you to be able to relax, have a coffee, read a newspaper on your move day". Maybe I wasn't reading the news, but the team made the cross-town move, including 2 pick-up locations and a drop-off to a family member, as stress-free as possible.

    Moving Services

    Cargo Cabbie went above and beyond, exceeded all my expectations and blew me away with their professionalism, attention-to-detail, and care when it came to our move from downtown Toronto to midtown. Everything was smooth sailing from my first inquiry to the end of the move. My initial inquiry was received a super quick and friendly response, and their detailed estimate questionnaire ensured that the estimate was pretty bang on. We also rented moving bins from Cargo Cabbie, and those were delivered to us a few days before our move, though you have the option of renting for long. 2 days before the move, Cargo Cabbie called to confirm the move and asked if anything else had changed. We told them that we couldn't move a large piece of art ourselves, so the movers came equipped with supplies to help package the art and keep it safe. On move day, the movers showed up right on time, and they even brought an extra guy to make things quicker. After that, there was nothing we had to worry about. All our furniture was wrapped in padded blankets and shrink wrapped, and anything with glass had the extra protection of bubble wrap. When we got to the house, another guy joined us to help make the move even quicker and smoother. Everyone worked non-stop. This type of service and care is absolutely first class, brilliant and a gem in Toronto. In the end, the move was flawless; they simply took care of everything. Seriously worry-free. I would recommend Cargo Cabbie to anyone in Toronto, whether it's a move to/from a condo or a to/from a house. Cargo-Cabbie is worth every penny and more. Thank you! -Adrienne.
