The reason we encourage clients to fill out the online form is so that we can get as much information regarding the move as possible, Unfortunately due to the overwelming number of calls we receive, we have created a system that can actualy help us keep up with the high demand for our services. This way we are able to quote the job as accurately as we can. We tailor our estimates to each individual job and the best way we have found to do this is via the online form. I totally understand where you are coming from and will definitely look into speeding up the process for our clients. As for the couch, we want to leave our clients happy and satisfied with the level of customer service we provide, and the guys take it to heart when they're not able to do exactly what the customer is looking for. Unfortunately, sometimes doorways are just too small, and stairways are just too tight, so even though it wasn't the movers fault for being unable to move the couch, they still wish they were able to work some magic and get it exactly where you wanted it to go.
