    apartment move

    Great company. Excellent service. Professional, friendly and thoughtful movers. Made a difficult time easy and gave us some laughs as well. I was very pleased with the service and I recommend this company highly.

    Move from 3 story home to another

    This was my second time using the services of Cargo Cabbie, and again I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for an excellent experience. Theresa was a thorough and helpful first point of contact and provided an extremely accurate quote. Alex and the entire moving crew were very hard-working, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond (even moving a large old desk that was left in the new house to another floor) to ensure our satisfaction. It was a humid day and the layout of our homes made it a challenge, but the team of four worked together well. If moving services are needed in the future, we will use them again, and I have already started recommending them to my friends. To have received a "10" from me (and I have a reputation of being a hard "marker") here are a couple of suggestions for the future--(and I didn't notice this until after they left, otherwise I am sure that they would have corrected them) please ensure that you have double checked the furniture list before you leave the first site (a glass table and 2 chairs were left--we left first to pick up sandwiches for all so accept responsibility of not being their for the final check), please check your furniture reassembly work carefully (my daughter's bed's foot board was reattached upside down), and please ensure that all doors that you used during the move are closed upon completion (the door to the basement and the back door were left wide open). In the grand scheme, these are all very minor and does not detract away from the fact that this is an excellent company and I am satisfied with their performance. Thanks all!

    Moving

    Our experience with Cargo Cabbie was absolutely fantastic. We moved at the end of May from a jam-packed downtown apartment into our first house. Because we were pressed for time, we opted for full packing, moving and unpacking services. Before the move, we received a detailed and very accurate estimate. The packers, movers and unpackers were all friendly, prompt, polite, careful and efficient. I was extremely impressed with the care that Javier and his team took with our furniture and our house. The unpackers saved us so much time and it was almost as if our kitchen and clothes just unpacked themselves. The move was completely stress free and we got to enjoy watching our house get furnished! This is what all moves should be like. This is a great company.

    Move

    Yesterday Cargo Cabbie moved my family from a downtown condo to a home in Ajax. The crew they sent were polite, helpful, professional and went beyond my expectations. They took great care with all our belongings. The new house we were moving to had been freshly painted and hardwood floors installed. Cargo Cabbie were cautious and didn't cause a scratch or a single mark on the walls or floors. I highly recommend them.

    Sofa move

    Cargo Cabbie saved me!!! I purchased a couch from a friend, and when my truck broke down, I was unable to move it into my apartment. I called Cargo Cabbie and they arranged a same day pick up. The guys showed up in no time, and made sure the sofa was wrapped and protected, and they even put the sofa exactly where I wanted it in my apartment. Those Cargo Cabbie movers should be wearing capes because they are superheroes! Thank you so much!!!

    In-House Move

    Once again, the fine folks from Cargo Cabbie continue to be exemplary, professional, friendly and efficient at getting the job done - right from the the administrative services people beginning with the easy and quick online process of requesting your job and the fast response time via a clearly proposed written quote attached a simple PDF in their quick email response to your request. Then, when the team shows up -- on time -- and will call you on their way to you residence to offer that they are able to arrive early -- the moving team is friendly, professional, handling your items with care while doing things in a prompt and efficient manner. Once the job is complete, the handy office team follows up with a call to, while the moving team heads to their vehicle to await completion of payment completion with someone at the head office. Highly recommended. Again and again and again. Since I first discovered Cargo Cabbie back in 2011, I truly cannot imagine going with any other moving company. It's just not gonna happen. This is a stress-free experience from beginning to end. No "surprise" changes after the business has been discussed and signed off, no b.s., no late arrivals, no creepy dudes in your home, only peace of mind and confidence in knowing that it's another job by Cargo Cabbie well done.

    Full Home Move

    Cargo Cabbie surpassed all of our expectations for a full, large family home move to a downtown neighbourhood. From the initial estimate, packing supplies, answering questions and keeping us 100% up to date with the moving plans, they were supremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The team of seven, that's right seven, movers who came to the house and spent the full 9 hour day making sure that our move went as smoothly as humanly possible. There is no trade or contractor we have ever used, including movers, that have ever come close to the service and capabilities of Cargo Cabbie. I would have given the 11 stars if it were possible in the system.

    packing/moving

    They helped us out last minute by finding packers for exactly when we needed them. And they had an upfront detailed quote and they were good and efficient and we would recommend them to anyone for packing/moving needs!

    Toronto Condo move

    On time, professional, super friendly and willing to help us with almost every request we had. This was by far the best moving experience I had with movers in Toronto, and I owe it to Cargo Cabbie and Homestars! The movers were non smokers, they were fresh and showed up with a smile on their face ready to move us. I will definitely be hiring CargoCabbie again for any future moves and certainly will browse through Homestars in search of reliable home service providers.

    Domestic Move

    CC sent five movers for a small home move. Efficient, courteous, completely professional. Considerate towards me, my things, my neighbours. CC moved me from one home to another in an hour and a half. I will call them for my next move.
