    moving

    i moved november 30 2012 and I give cargo cabbie an A+ rating. Very fast, efficient, friendly, helpful. They wrapped all my house items and mattress and couch. I felt it was a smooth transition into my new apartment. Refreshing service with a smile. Its very good value. Would defienently recommend cargo cabbie!

    Disassemble IKEA furnitures

    I have used Cargo Cabbie a couple of times in the past and decided to call them to help me before my move abroad. I have a bunch of Ikea furnitures and needed help disassembling them. Javier and Kevin arrived 5 minutes before schedule, helped me disassemble a huge 6x6 ikea bookshelf, a couple of tables, and some smaller desks. I highly recommend cargo cabbie, javier, and his team!

    Moving

    I had a good experience with Cargo Cabbie. They were late but called me and brought extra bodies to make sure that they finished in good time and with a fair price. When I initially called to book the movie, Javier told me that the company took pride in offering a quick and friendly service. This was my exact experience with them. Moving can be stressful and so it was nice to work with a company that had a good sense of this and was in good humour, gentle with my belongings and worked quickly. I would use Cargo Cabbie again.

    movers

    Javier, Chris and Kevin helped me move from my third-floor apartment. There were a few challenges: A couple of very heavy pieces and an awkward, narrow staircase from the third to the second floor. I had a lot of art, framed and unframed, that I had not prepared for the move because I ran out of time, and I had some antique furniture, not super-valuable, but important to me, that I was nervous about. I was also anxious and distracted because of the emotional circumstances around the move. I could not be happier with the service. They were calm, relaxed, and easy-going, but totally professional and efficient. They took charge of the art without me having to do anything. They took apart a table and re-assembled it at the new place. Everything arrived safe and sound. They did a superb job, and, unexpected bonus, were really nice people that I enjoyed working with.

    Apartment moving

    Cargo Cabbie were both very professional and friendly. It only took about 2 hours for them to move all my stuff into my new apartment and they were sure to be extra careful around my fragile items. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to friends of mine if they ever move.

    Awkward large china cabinet and angled stairway

    Javier and his team took less than 10 minutes to shrinkwrap and remove down the angled stairs a china cabinet we had struggled with for over an hour. We recently had problems with movers arriving late or not at all so this whole experience was quite refreshing.

    Last minute equipment move

    Javier helped me with a short-notice, odd-job move for my business. I had to pick-up equipment, store it overnight and deliver it for an event at 7am the next day. He was more than accommodating to my schedule and time frame. He was a little late on the pick up but, was very apologetic and gave me a discount to make up for it. I could tell it doesn't happen a lot and they make a big effort to be on time. Great service all round and really nice guys. I plan to use Cargo Cabbie again, in fact this week.

    Moved furniture out of storage & into a loft

    Javier & his team were efficient, cheerful & all round a good choice! They got the job done & with good humour. I'd recommend them highly & use them again another time for sure!

    Moved Out / In

    Great experience with Cargo Cabbie. Probably had more than they had bargained for. Moving boxes out of a new house into storage unit and consolidating furniture from a loft. Took all afternoon and Cargo Cabbie kept working into the darkness to ensure everything was moved. Quote of the day: "I think I got new legs today" - K ... Thanks again Cargo Cabbie!

    Apartment move

    Both professional and friendly! Apartment move took 1.5 hours total from start to end. Everything was handled carefully, no broken items. I would use them again and highly recommend to others looking for a stress free move!
