    Great customers service

    We called in for service this morning. By the afternoon 2 gentleman showed up to assess our roofing concerns. We anticipated a follow up visit, luckily they were able to fix the issue immediately on site. Thanks Gitano for the exceptional prompt service!

    Roofing job

    Lewis and his company did a very good job. They were attentive to our concerns and issues. There were cheaper estimates from Asian owned firms; however, we felt comfortable giving our business to Gitano given the number of years they have been in business. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Fixing Shingles on Roof

    I got Gitano Roofing to do my roof recently and they did a great job. From the time I called Lewis to the time they finished the job, they were professional and were engaging through emails and phone calls. I appreciated the good job the work they did and leaving my home free of dirt. I will recommend Gitano Roofing for their good work and professionalism.

    Roof Renovation

    Renew and install a new roof for a semi detached house. Excellent experience and service and professional installation in timely manner and great price. I am very happy with the service

    Great Customer Service

    We did not know if we needed our roof redone and called Gitano to get an estimate for the work of replacing it, if it was needed. Slavik was very friendly and professional, arrived on time and walked us around the roof explaining his assessment. He was very honest and informative and said we did not need a new roof for another few years. Then, he answered all of our other questions. He did not rush us and also didn't charge us anything for the inspection! We will definitely be calling them when we do need our roof replaced.

    Roofing job

    Used Gitano for 3 homes. I won’t use any other roofing company. Dependable, quality work and at competitive price. These guys work hard and get the job done right. They’ve been around for a number of years and can be trusted. Keep up the good work Gitano.

    Roof

    Bitter cold day in March, but the crew worked hard to complete our roof in one day. Communication/updates from the crew would have been welcomed but that's a minor gripe. Work was done quick and looks great. We are very satisfied! Thanks to Lewis for keeping in touch during the process, and Slavik for his excellent follow-up work. Recommended.

    Roof Replacement

    I called Gitano Roofing with a leaky roof, they got me a quote the next day. The quote was amazing, very professional and also had information to educate me on roofing along with a long list of references as well as addresses so we could see their work. The price came in below what I thought, and the work was top notch. They completed it really quickly and to this day I have not come across a stray nail. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a roof.

    Full roof replacement

    Fast quote, very reasonable price for the quality of the product and work. Installers worked very hard almost from dawn until it was dark. My only very minor complaint was the number of nails around the next day, but it was very dark by the time they were finished. Company communication was very good around installation dates.

    A new roof at a very reasonable price

    I live in a semi-detached home, and my neighbours were unwilling to replace their roof at the same time as my wife and I. Gitano assured us it wouldn't be an issue, and gave us a very fair price. I'm delayed in writing this review - we've had the roof for 9 months now - but I'm glad I waited, because I can say that so far we haven't had a single issue with our new roof. We live in area that can occasionally get very windy, and I haven't seen any shingles come off our roof, which used to happen frequently with our old roof. The installation crew was quick, communicated well when the weather was bad, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them!
