Last year, we decided to replace our roof shingles. Having obtained quotes from some several suppliers, we chose Gitano Roofing. Price was not the only consideration. Quality of workmanship, punctuality, delivering what was committed and above all professionalism. Gitano Roofing, from the outset lived up to its reputation. Their marketing kit explains the whole process living no chance for people like us who know very little about roofing or the replacement of shingles. Any more questions that I had, they explained very well.Once the contract given, they kept us informed of the likely date that they would undertake the job. Sure enough, they installed the shingles as they promised. The workmanship was quite professional. All the employees were courteous and they did not leave any mess and cleaned the drive way and surrounding areas. I found Gitano Roofing quite professional and it was a joy to have worked with them. Not only did Gitano roofing give me the best quote for replacing the roof on my house. They were prompt, clear in the explanation, timeframe, choice of colours. I had a leak in my roof so they gave me priority and shoed up exactly when they said they would. Their team were very courteous and professional, and everything was done in a timely manner. They do really deserve a 10 stars for their customer service.
