I coordinated the roof replacement work for 16 units at our Town Home court in North York between Gitano Roofing and the home owners. When dealing with so many home owners and units, it's inevitable that there would be some small glitches in coordination, scheduling and communication. Yet, Gitano did a great job with a very dedicated group of installers and for a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied.

Very professional,roof looks great. The overall process was very easy.. And they are not out there to grab your money and go, infact they take money only after the job is done. They cleaned the premises after the job was done, covered my patio with to endure nothing got ruined.

Louis's team was very professional and knowledgeable. Michael (our contact) answered any questions that we had. There was a great Tile selection available to us. They stayed true to the original estimate. Great crew!! They arrived right on schedule. There was no issues doing both sides of our semi. My neighbour did theirs at the same time. They put in long hours and did not rush. The warranty is great and the roof looks amazing. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and making sure there were no nails left in the driveway that could damage our car tires.

The Gitano team, came out to our home and completed our roof which looks great. The overall job was great but AA masonry who completed our chimney for us noticed that there were some shingles missing on the roof and some small wooden areas exposed after the job had been completed. We wouldn't have even noticed anything about the roof had they( AA masonry) not told us(in their defense -Gitano Roofing-the weather after the roof completion had been extremely windy. We called Gitano roofing and they were quick to correct the situation for us and apologetic. Lewis further explained that our roof needed time to. "Bake" before we would really see the final product. Despite this small hiccup I have to give them a 10. Customers want business owners to follow up after providing a service. This company truly does.This is a company that truly cares about what the customer thinks. The Gitano team were personable and very easy to work with. Would recommend and use them again in the future

Totally impressed with the speed of service and responsiveness. I'm not sure when these guys sleep because they responded to my email at 2 in the morning. They showed up the next day and completed the repairs very quickly.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of Gitano. The crew that came over to replace our roof was absolutely excellent. Very efficient and cordial and they did an outstanding job on the roof. They did a great clean up afterward. The neighbours were so impressed that at least 2 have since signed up with Gitano and likely many more will. Thanks for our new roof!

I was really happy with Gitano roofing. I received a quote within days of my call, and they actually followed up with me within the week to see if I had any questions. They got the job done promptly and I was really happy with the end result.

Quick and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were done. The office staff was friendly and worked around your every need. Top notch! I will be recommending them to friend and family for sure!

Roof done last fall. My roof had issues, I mean big issues. Leaking everywhere, boards rotten, shingles curled. Lewis, Greg and crew came and within 3 days it was all done. I had 3 layers of old shingles and under were very weak boards. They put down 3/4" plywood, wrapped it and shingled on top. Plywood properly cut and staggered, shingles straight and uniform. The crew worked hard and cleaned up. My roof was about 2400sqft, no small job and I didn't have to do any yard work after. Very good feeling after getting it all done, what a mess it was before.
