    Roof leaks

    We have the roof done by Gitano few years back. The last big snow dump caused terrible water leaks like a waterfall from the ceiling. We called and Slavik was able to come to check on the problem and he came again to check on the shingles and remove all the snow that was sitting on the roof. The leaking stopped. Thank you Slavik.

    Replacement of Roofing Shingles

    I had wind damage that required replacement shingles. I contacted Gitano Roofing and was contacted the same day with Slavik as their contact person. I was able to contact Slavik and arranged a appointment for the next day. The job was completed in a timely manner with before and after pictures to confirm job completion and inspection of roof. Timely appointments and prompt job completion are examples of professionalism. I highly recommend Gitano Roofing.

    Inspection Needed

    The team at Gitano installed a new roof for me in 2018. I noticed a few singles on my driveway after a recent wind storm. I wasn't sure if they belonged to me or my neighbor. I called Gitano Roofing and Slavik came to have a look. He made a separate trip, went up to the roof, took pictures and followed up with me. Thankfully the shingles didn't belong to me and everything was intact. More importantly - he didn't charge me a thing and was very professional during the entire interaction. Exceptional service all around.

    Great service, good communication

    The wind storm blew away several tiles, and I called 4 companies for quotes. At Gitano a courteous lady clearly explained the inspection costs or simple fixes quotes, and let me know Slavik would be in touch. He came with his team a day later and sent clear pictures of the roof before and after repair. I paid and mentioned a tile had blown away after the repair. They came back a few days later to repair at no extra cost. Also asked about the state of my roof ; he indicated it still had 5 or 6 years before it would need replacement. In other words he was honest and did not lure me into a roof replacement- which is what I thought it needed. Truly satisfied all around.

    Fantastic service

    They did our roof in 2018. After a recent wind storm I found a loose shingle in the backyard. I called and they immediately had Slavik get in touch with me. He asked for pictures of the shingle and within minutes he determined that the shingle didn't match our roof. Even still he took the time to come inspect the roof and send me pictures for reassurance. These guys really stand behind their work

    Roofing service

    Five years have passed since Gitano Roofing replaced my old roof. At the time I was very happy with their work, but the true test is how they stand behind the work. This weekend we had crazy winds and a few shingles came down. On Monday morning I called them and by that afternoon they came and repaired the issue, no change under warranty...No hassle, along with pictures of the damage and repair.. I would definitely use and highly recommend Gitano Roofing for roofing needs..

    Replacement of the missing shingles

    Our roof is still under the 10 years warranty. A couple of shingles were missing due to the high winds last week. Slavik came next day after I called and repaired our roof. All I can say is that you can trust Gitano Roofing. Thank you, Gitano Roofing for looking over your old customers.

    Loose shingles

    Found some loose shingles outside my house and so immediately called Gitano roofing (who previously installed the roof in 2019) to come check the roof. They replied within the hour and had someone drive out and check the roof and take a picture. The shingles happen to be just left over shingles. Thanks for the quick checkup Slavic.

    Great Service and Customer Service!!!

    Found a shingle on my lawn today and asked Gitano if they could inspect. They came same day and inspected and provided pictures to confirm everything was in order. Thank you to Slavic for quick response, great servicing and customer care!!!

    Fast Quality Roof Repair

    Very satisfied with Gitano Roofing. They came in 1 day for roof repair after a bad wind storm in Mississauga. Repaired all roof shingles on the same day and showed us lots of photos from the roof. We had a lot of shingles damage. Very fast, efficient and overall great service -talked about the roof, shingles, details and explained everything. Pricing was great, much lower than we got from other companies. Very happy with fast service, good quality work, and pricing. Highly recommend. Thank you
