    Door and Window Replacement

    We have used the WindowTech team several times now. They have always been super to work with, have been very professional, on-time, and very fair with pricing. In 2023 we will likely be looking at getting some additional windows replaced and they will definitely be getting a phone call.

    Window Replacement - Casement Style

    Contacted Windowtect and Alex came the next day to provide quotation to replace 3 windows. Price point quoted was very competitive and reasonable. All details were spelled out clearly in the quotation. More importantly, installation was done on time on all my second floor windows - Casement style. Please keep up the good work and quality product and will certainly call on Windowtect again on my next phase of home renovation. Highly recommend for customer looking to replace their window needs. Ken

    sliding glass door

    The employees were polite quick and professional and cleaning up the mess and took the old door away

    New Front Door

    .After a lot of shopping around I went with Windowtech to replace my entry door. The whole experience was very smooth, from Eric on the sales side when I was deciding on the product to the installers. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend

    Ground and First floor

    Windows changes

    10 windows. I did last year quilty is good so this time I add another 10 windows

    Window Installation

    Windowtech is a great company to partner with on your window needs. Their sales rep from the very beginning was very helpful and accommodating to help us pick the right options for our home and stay with in a budget.

    New Front Door

    I am having some issues with the quality and installation of my new front door and have been trying since Aug 9 to have someone attend to amongst other things sunlight streaming through the door opening (photo attached). As I am in Oshawa and not local to their location which may be an issue for them but I am still waiting for even some sort of response from Windowtech. Customer service and satisfaction does not seem to be their strong suit. Even if you are local to them, I would definitely recommend that you choose another company.

    Windows and Patio Door Installation Satisfaction

    I've used Windowtech on two different occasions. The first time was an order of 9 windows. One of the configurations of the windows had an issue and Windowtech worked with me to correct the deficiency without any grief or hassle. Because they were a company that stood behind their products and service, I used them a second time for the installation of my patio door. This was done in a timely manner and without issues. Will be using them for any future installations.

    Windows and frame replacements

    This is our second time working with windowtech to have additional window and frame replacements done. We were very happy with the first job and because of that we had them complete the next one as well! They understood our requirements and worked with our budget to ensure we got the best products and the best service. We couldn't be happier, thank you to the entire team!!
