    Windows & Blinds

    Despite being in a pandemic Windowtech delivered. The only minor issue was timing with production. Eric was a good salesperson- helpful & attentive. Dimitri did an excellent job installing the windows. He was tidy and fast. Tony installed the blinds which look fantastic. It’s a big improvement. Thank you Windowtech.

    Basement windows

    Good sales team and very poor booking team. I had to take unnecessary time away from work due to company faults. On top of that very rude people like T. ..from booking team who asked me if "i wanted broken windows" installed. Very poor service after initial sale. Instead of offering me service enhancement or compensation for my extra time away from work, it seemed like they were doing me a favour for installing the windows

    Windowtech: The Best company in customer service quality

    Windowtech installed a window for me about two months ago and has certainly exceeded my expectations in customer service quality. Specifically Windowtech well exceeded my expectations in terms of Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangibility, Empathy and Reliability which are five components that make up SERVQUAL model, a model used in customer service/marketing industry to measure customer service quality. Based on my experience, Windowtech is the best company in terms of customer service and quality of workmanship not just in Doors and Window market, but in the entire Construction industry and one of the best companies in all industries that I have dealt with. Their customer rep guided me and communicated with me from start to finish and even followed up with me after window was installed. They genuinely cared to do a great job and made sure all my concerns are addressed. The fact that Windowtech not only provides lifetime manufacturing warranty of their products but also provides lifetime warranty of their installation service is a great testament of their service quality. Finally, they provided all their services at a very competitive price. I have already recommended Windowtech to my friends and family and would definitely recommend them to anyone reading this post. My special thanks to Slade, Tony, Ken, and the rest of Windowtech team for all your efforts and dedication to create excellent customer service experiences for your clients. Eric

    New doors

    Alex from Windowtech was referred to us when we needed to replace both the front and back doors of the house and he did not disappoint. He was very professional during the initial consultation process and the technician who performed the installation was very quick, clean and skillful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install new windows and/or doors.

    The Best Window Company

    I checked several window companies and Windowtech was by far the best. The workmanship and the great price speaks for itself. I had my kitchen and bedroom windows replaced by Windowtech and i could not be any more happier. Tony was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also kind enough to attend my parents residence and instead of telling them they required new windows he explained that new windows was not needed and explained how to fix the condensation problem. The installation worker was fast , neat and he did an amazing job. I will highly recommend this company.

    THIS is the company you should deal with.

    We chose Windowtech to do a major window replacement in our home. We had consulted five different companies on this project, and in the end, went with Windowtech for many reasons. 1. Customer Service: Our sales representative, Alex, was simply fantastic. When we make major purchases, we are careful to research products and companies and to learn as much as we can about what constitutes the right purchase for our needs. Because of this, we tend to ask a LOT of questions, and Alex answered each one (by phone, email, and in person) promptly, graciously, and with incredible patience as we changed our renovation plan several times. 2. Pricing and payment. Alex and Windowtech were very flexible when it came to HOW we wanted the pricing of the project done. We were not sure how far our money would take us, so the project that had originally started as four windows eventually became eleven. Other companies were not willing to break down pricing, with one company not even bothering to estimate the job and another answering a polite question with, “Well, if it’s so important for you to know….” Alex, on the other hand, provided multiple scenarios for us that gave us the confidence to move forward with Windowtech. Even more importantly, when it came to payment, Windowtech was very accommodating in how we financed the project. 3. Warranty. Windowtech's lifetime guarantee on products and labour was simply unbeatable. 4. Quality. We are very happy with the quality of the windows. We have lived with them for just under a month now and the windows at this time meet all our expectations—and they are absolutely beautiful. 5. Fulfilling promises. Everything promised by Alex and company concerning timelines happened exactly as they said it would. 6. Installation. Vlad and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Drop cloths were used around the home and they completed the project in a day and a half. They were mindful of Covid-19 and always wore masks in and outside our home. Vlad, like Alex, was always gracious and approachable. In sum, we give Windowtech our highest recommendation. Gentlemen, thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

    New window installation

    Mr.Alex and his team is based on highly professional people,he is really very cooperative, supportive and committed person.We are very happy that the words he was shared with us his company fulfills it with the same manner.     Replacement of 2 windows

    We were so pleased with Windowtech's service! Alex and company were pleasant to deal with from the beginning, unlike some of their competitors who employ high-pressure sales tactics. The price was very reasonable and they even included fixing up some other deteriorated window/door flashings in the price. I felt taken care of and that my questions were answered throughout the process. On installation day, the installer did a superb job. He was thorough, quick, clean, and pleasant to deal with, and we are extremely pleased with the end result. The windows function well and have a high-quality feel. We would highly recommend Windowtech and consider them for our future window needs!

    2 windows in second story of home

    Working with Alex and the window tech team from installation, booking and payment was all seem less and without hassle. A great company that you feel Confident using again as there are many more windows to be replaced. Great work and highly recommend

    Great Windows and excellent company to deal with

    We were very happy with the entire process of purchasing our windows from Windowtech. The sales person, Alex, was very knowledgeable, we had a total of 8 windows replaced. We were very pleased with the results for our window installation. We were impressed with their punctuality, their good quality of work, efficiency and professionalism from start to finish and kept the work area very clean. It was a pleasure doing business with them, would definitely recommend them and would be a returning customer.
