Basement windows and exterior door replacement
Met sales rep with Alex and gave us a reasonable prices for our project. Igor and his buddy showed up few days later to make precise measurement of all the windows and door prior to manufacturing them. The quality of the products is outstanding and fit perfectly. These installers done a wonderful job in installation and aesthetically both internal trims and externally capping looks nice and clean. Windowtech guarantees life time warranty on their products so I know I'm in good hand for a long time. I will use them again for next doors and windows replacements again. Danny

We had our Dining room window done, bedroom windows and front door enclosure.
Hi, We talked to Alex first from Windowtech. He is great and very nice. Our cousins used WindowTech and we did too. I highly recommend them, the men that came to our house were very nice and trustworthy. I felt comfortable that they were doing the work for us. It may have been a little more expensive but we were extremely happy with their work. Louise and Jack Wicks

Installers came on time, professional work to latest detail, thorough cleaning after the job done.

Sliding door and window
I wanted to change a bay window to a sliding door in our living room. From the initial consultation to installation things were very easy and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced Main Front and Side doors
After install service dismal. Installed two executive doors (Main and side). Under six months, we found a crack in the door that ran from latch to deadbolt. Waited 2 months for an onsite inspection, then immediately blamed us, calling it a mystery. then promised a technician that would come by, rebalance door and do some touch up (if not there problem, why offer?). NEVER CAME. I would not recommend, ever.

Hello Paolo, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company. Unfortunately, the things that you mentioned are not exactly as written and needs to be cleared. Our doors don’t normally crack especially NOT within 6 months after installation. A crack on a door might be a manufacturer defect which can be seen right away or otherwise it could be caused by a physical damage. Within a week after your complaint, our Installation Department Manager came to inspect the problem. Our manager noticed a physical damage on the door panel, which created a crack on the panel. Also, this physical damage left a big Blue color marks right in the middle of the crack and around it. There is no Blue color involved in your project. The door was painted Black from inside and outside. The caulking finish was also Black. Our manager and you both agreed that the cause of the crack was a physical damage. Also, our installer came back to adjust the door and brought you a touch up paint. Since our last visit last year, we never heard anything from you and assumed everything was resolved. So your review really came to us as a surprise. If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to call us. Thank you!

Replacement Windows
Excellent communication with sales rep and workers. Everything was tidied up and professionally installed. They are easy to open and slide open effortlessly. We are enjoying our beautiful new windows! We highly recommend WindowTech for your new windows!

Window Replacement
They did a great job with the pricing and being patient by respecting our needs. They were very patient on waiting to hear back from us and did not push us at all. Even after a lower quote from another company, they offered a lower price. Their installation was great, they had handled any new obstacles quickly and respected our opinion. They were willing to go out of the way to ensure we got what we wanted.

You would have to wash my car to get a 5 * review but they were very close!!
Ivan was just outstanding from the very beginning and once he knew that we had an above knowledge of his products it got only easier instead of more awkward. They offered alternatives that we did not consider and we accepted these upgrades and they are appreciated. How they could do that many large windows in one day was just ridiculous. Definitely will recommend Ivan and Windowtech to others. Stephen and Gordana

All our window and patio door.
The installers were good at their job. No issues. All concerns were satisfied. They explained the process from the time we placed the order to installation. We are glad we engaged Windowtech. They are extremely professional.

Windows and Doors
We had a very good experience with WindowTech. We decided to change all the windows and door and they helped us decide all the details without pressure. The price was good and they lived up to all the expectations, the windows were installed quickly and the product has an excellent quality. They accommodated our requests and did everything to minimize potential issues. The installation crew was very professional but like any large job, my tips are: prepare the area ahead of time, cover everything and be prepared to help with the cleanup. Overall it was a great experience
