    New front doors. Double doors

    Oleg Gladden met with us in October to look at door catalogues. He was most helpful with his suggestions. The doors were ordered and the space measured November 9 our new doors were installed. It was a tidy job. Installation well done. Our experience with Oleg was great from start to finish! He is knowledgeable and professional. We knew we were in good hands and we are so pleased with our doors! We have shared Oleg's name with many family and friends. We are very pleased with Oleg's work and this company.     New Door installation

    Windowtech has repeatedly dropped the ball in terms of service. We had a number of quotes for the installation of new doors at our home and we did not select the least expensive choice but what we thought was the best quality...wow were we mistaken. Our experience has been a non-stop series of headaches and problems. The after sale service is abysmal, they miss appointments, the wrong products are installed, they don't communicate well, you have to beg for an itemized listing of what you have purchased. All in all this simple job has turned into a large undertaking. I recommend you steer clear of Windowtech if you want to minimize hassles and receive quality products and services, there are many more options out there and I can't imagine that dealing with any of them will be as laborious as hiring WindowTech.

    Windows

    We have had Windowtech install twice over the last three years and excellent quality with reasonable pricing and Jerry our representative was very friendly and Chris our installer was excellent I would recommend them to my friends

    WindowTech provided professional service with a good quality product. Oleg, the installation manager, ensured everything was taken care of during the process from sales to installation. Chris, the installer, did an excellent job. My windows look great.

    The product is excellent and services was the best

    The workers were awosome they were nice, polite very gentle men I really appreciate their jobthey are working like honest like they are working for them self like their own house very honest. I would like to go for my reminder windows hopefully next year. Thank you so much WINDOWTECH

    Some new windows and California shutters throughout my home.

    Window Tech was absolutely amazing! Prompt and professional! Their sales person Tony was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and I was able to answer every single one of my questions quickly and thoroughly. My phone calls and emails were answered immediately and a couple times when I needed someone to come in to adjust or tweak something they were very good with responding and ensuring I was happy with their work.

    Windows and Sliding Screen Door Replacement

    Windows Tech Quality Control Manager Eugene presented the Windowstech product and customization options following a thorough walkthrough very well and several weeks later everything was installed as planned. One window subsequently had a problem and the Windowtech team stated it would be repaired under warranty free of charge within a couple of weeks. Overall I am satisfied with the work performed and the new windows look great!

    Window Installation

    This was my second window replacement job, and I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship, product and sales. This was a First class installation by a highly skilled team. The team did a full frame replacement and did a great job protecting the house from damage while demolishing the old windows. The new windows look great and the newly installed trim was nicely done with accurate metered joints. It was almost a shame to cover the windows but we also had Windowtech provide shutters which also look very good. I expected the shutters to cut out a lot of light but these shutters were installed directly to the frame allowing for generous amount of light to enter. I have been disappointed many times in the past when hiring services but in this case I was very satisfied. Great sales and execution. Job well done. Thank you.

    Windows

    Tony, the sales rep was very professional and explained the advantages and disadvantages of different windows so we can choose the one that fits our needs. He was also there by the end of the installation process with a bottle of wine to thank us for the business... I think, it's a great customer service! Good job Windowtech!
