We have had lots of work done on our older home over the years and have not always been satisfied. Before purchasing this time, I went to the Web and searched. I ended up on HOMESTARS and read many reviews and settled on Windowtech. I contacted them through the HOMESTARS site by email and their office got back to me the next morning, set up an appointment and their rep Jerry was out to our place two days later. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me select the right products at our budget. He advised that the installation would take five to six weeks as everything was custom made. The installer Mike called a few days later and came to our place to do an exact measure inspection. Their office called me four weeks later to advise everything was ready to go and we booked an installation. So far so good, then the amazing part happened. Mike the installer showed up on time and never stopped working, this man is a machine! I was home and watched him work, every detail from start to finish was perfect. My biggest problem with Mike was getting him to stop for a minute to have a coffee.
As Mike was finishing, it started to rain. He took the old window, door and any other debris away. He was sweeping and vacuuming in the rain, I told him not to worry and that I would take care of it the next day. He wouldn't hear of it and cleaned up everything.
I am usually a man of few words but I will give credit where it is due.
I highly recommend Windowtech to anyone looking for replacements.
