Reply created 29 Dec 2015Hello Vince, We would like to take this opportunity to apologize that you were not satisfied with our work, and to clarify some details. You did not inform us about the gap in your door and the damage to the gutter until 3 weeks after your installation was completed. We take product and installation issues very seriously and once we were made aware of the problem with your door, we opened a service call to have the installer come and fix your door as soon as possible. Shortly after receiving the service call, the installer came to your house and fixed the problem with your door. You were corresponding with our Sales Manager in regards to the damage to your gutter. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager is not always available by phone, however, you were in constant contact with him via email. Regarding the damage to your gutter -- the installer denies having caused the damage, however, we took your word for it and mailed you a $200 cheque in good faith as compensation with the hope to achieve your utmost satisfaction. We apologize once again for the issues you had. We put in our greatest effort to correct the issues you were having because customer satisfaction is very important to us.
