    Windows & Doors

    The problems with this company is many. First off, the two men worked quickly but not efficiently. While one was installing the door, the other, rather than help him, was installing the window(s). At a freezing cold temperature in February, the shell of the front door had been left open for a very long time and the house remained cold long after they were done. Mind you, between their breaks and whatever else, they probably worked for a total of 3hrs. For 6 windows and two doors plus screen door, this job should have taken considerable more time. Secondly, the tarp was only placed in a very small area and they both walked around the house with their snow dirt boots. My house was filthy and it took me hours to clean! Truly unimpressed! Lastly, the windows are very light weight and have more condensation than my older vinyl windows. There is so much water that I need to constantly wipe off every day. I do not believe that these windows will last as long as my previous ones. I would not recommend these windows to anyone. Time will tell with the doors...

We apologize that it did not happen this way. To prevent this from occurring again, we will hold a meeting with our installation crew and go over these issues with them. Unfortunately the house becoming cold during the installation is out of our control, especially at this time of season. We understand that nobody likes their home being cold and so our installation crew work as efficiently as possible to complete the installation. Our installers are licensed and understand what needs to be done. They will work together as a team in order to get the job done as fast as possible. Our products are very energy efficient and you are more than welcome to meet with us at the factory where we will gladly provide you the technical specifications of our product and the Energy Star testing. From the pictures that you sent us we are able to see that your windows have a small amount of moisture on the interior glass which is absolutely normal. Every house has moisture in the air and the amount of moisture depends on the number of people in the house cooking, showering, etc. When your windows have tiny gapes this moisture can escape therefore you will not see it. But, when your windows are well sealed the moisture has no space to escape and so it will stay on the glass where you are able to see it. This is actually a good sign as it means your windows are very well sealed - you will be saving on heating/AC costs! If you would like to get rid of the moisture you will have to ventilate your house. The moisture will disappear very quickly.     Window replacement - Excellent Service

    In about June, my husband and I were thinking of replacing the windows in our house, but wanted to only replace the bottom floor due to price. We saw Windowtech's ad on Facebook, and called to get an estimate. The estimate that we received for the whole house, was only about 15% higher than what we received for only the bottom floor! Oleg was kind enough to give us a promotional holiday discount, and matched the estimate of the previous company that came by. Thank you again, and I would definitely recommend this company to others!

    Front Door + Windows

    Let me start of by saying the individual who came to my house - Ken - was incredible to work with. he explained everything from different styles, materials, and overall price. The punctuality was amazing. They said it'll take a day and half to instal, and that's exactly what it took. It was however a little chilly while they were installing, but there's nothing that can be done! I will be definitely referring this company to my friend who's looking for switch her rear windows!

    Windows

    Windowtech provided me with professional service from company representitive to installers. All staff were friendly, informative, and honest. The work was done on-time, cleaned up very well, and give me extra information on inside insulation products and how to trim up the windows...I wanted to do this on my own.

    windows and doors

    I highly recommand to hire Leon from windowtech company as your contractor. he is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. he knows his product and he will take care of your home as if he does it for his own home. I would not go with anyone else if I have need another service such as windows and doors. Leon is awesome I give him 5 out of 5

    windows

    We replaced few windows in our house. Leon did professional job and we are very pleased with the results. We will recomend him to my all our friends who will need to install windows or doors in future.

    Front door

    We were looking to replace our double doors with a single door with sidelights. After getting quotes from a few places I contacted Windowtech and a representative came out quickly and was very helpful in helping choose a suitable door in our budget. The installers were very professional and we are very happy with the product. Thanks to Oleg.

    Windows and doors

    Windowtech has installed front and patio doors, and replaced all windows on the main floor of our house. The price we paid was reasonable for the quality of windows and doors, and the quality of workmanship. Their staff (salesperson Ken and the installation crew) were very knowledgeable and efficient, and their performance exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the results.

    Windows and doors replacement

    I recently replaced 7 windows, front door, garden and sliding doors in my house. I was very satisfied working with Windowtech to order and install the doors and windows. Yuri and Sergey did a fantastic job, they were very professional and efficient and addressed all my questions and concerns.
