    Windows and Doors Replacement Company

    Satisfied with the sales and service/installation process. Sales rep arrived as scheduled, explained about the product and pricing. WindowTech also have an office location in Concord, you can visit the location and see the product - different types of windows and doors. Product delivery and installation completed within the timelines promised at the time of sale. Installation crew arrived as scheduled, completed the work in professional manner, cleaned up after work.

    They did a good job

    They did a good job, but I wish that they kept me in the loop while I was waiting for two months.

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BEST QUALITY OF WINDOWS & DOORS

    This is the BEST company providing replacement of windows and doors. We had ordered this extraordinary company to replace our 100% windows -18 windows - of our independent house. Mr Dmytro - Knowledgeable and most courteous sales professional of the company - had taken more than expected care of our order from pre to post installation and till now. The installers are well skilled, humble and knowledgeable. They are very cooperative and supportive. They did their installation job very accurately, professionally and timely. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND DOORS. Keep it up ! Bravo !

    2 Storm doors installation

    I received great phone customer service supports Monday through Saturday to ensure my project would be executed in a timely manner. Office staff took care of my needs and door installer was prepared to keep installation on the tidy side so less mess for me to clean up. The one complaint I have is the manager of my job I was assigned didnt return my emails . I had to go through the office staff to get my needs meet. Only until the office staff stepped in did I get an email response.

    Windows and main entrance door

    We just bought our new windows from window tech and we are extremely happy with the products and the installation was fast and clean. No delays in service and it was spot on! Definitely recommend!

    New Front Door

    Alex did a great job in explaining the colors and models of the new door. Installation was done in a few hours and no mess. We love the look of our door.

    Excellent window replacement

    I would highly recommend Windowtech for your window replacement needs. Dmitri provided a fair and accurate quote and the installation team of Vlad and Alex were excellent in cleanliness and no need for any repairs upon completion. It took only 5 weeks from quote to installation and I'm very impressed with the end result.

    Patio door and windows

    We found Windowtech on homestars they had very good reviews so we decided to request a quote from them. We needed to replace a patio door and a large window and had a few companies come in to give us a quote. Windowtech unexpectedly came in well under the other companies so it was an easy decision to go with them. When the windows came in they gave us a call to setup a date to get them installed. The installer came in and did a great job, he was friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. Would definitely recommend going with Windowtech.

    Installation of 2 Windows - Sliding and Picture Window

    2 installers came, they were super efficient and professional and very quickly and cleanly installed some great looking windows! Will be a return customer!

    There was a problem - but they fixed it

    They came in June to replace 2 windows and a sliding door. All was very good, except the screen door on the slider won't open more than a third of the way. Contacting them for support was difficult. They said they would look into this when I talked with them in August. They showed up today and it was a very simple fix. Everything is working great now.
