Five Star handled our whole house paint job professionally. From the initial prep work to the final touches, their quality remained consistent. Both interior and exterior surfaces look fantastic, and they completed right on schedule.

Five Star Painting's cabinet spray painting service exceeded our expectations. Their team carefully prepped our kitchen, removed all hardware, and delivered a finish that looks factory-fresh. The color is uniform, the finish is smooth, and they reinstalled everything perfectly. Our kitchen looks completely updated.

The salesman who came by to see the job said the crew would take 2 days to do the job. The crew consisted of 1 painter and a helper ( find out the name of the sub contractor and MAKE sure its NOT HPM or HBM painters (his name was Pedro). I could have done a better job painting...just brutal...always taking shortcuts...he s/b embarrassed calling himself a painter. I complained to company who later sent over 2 different guys to patch up the damage, basically putting on a bandage.

Very impressed with Five Star Painting's interior work. Their team moved and protected furniture, fixed wall damages, and achieved perfect lines where colors meet. The paint finish is consistent in every room, and they maintained a clean workspace throughout the project.

Five Star Painting managed a complete interior and exterior painting project for our home, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Their crews were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their approach. The preparation work was thorough, and the final results are stunning. Our home looks refreshed and brand new. We highly recommend Five Star Painting for any whole-home painting needs.

First off, I would like to say Sohail was a pleasure to deal with, very patient and assisted me in colour selections for the exterior garage frame and other exterior items. The team selection to actually do the work is another story. The first team power washed our fence and gazebo horizontally, against the direction of the fence panels and gazebo panels, so you could see the power washing markings across the planks. Then they proceeded to stain on top and seal the power washing horizontal marking lines so they are noticeble ... looked just awful. Terrible lazy work. We requested painting around our metal garage wood frame as the original builders white paint was flaking and so they did the frame around the garage but left all the white scrappings on the ground. Again, lazy and messy workmanship. Then they proceeded to PAINT MY BRAND NEW INSTALLED WINDOW FRAMES, for which I did NOT request nor was it in the quote. When I discovered what they had done I demanded they stop immediately and they apologized for the mistake and tried to clean off the paint from my brand new installed windows. They claimed it was a properly cleaned but they had pushed the paint through the openings of where the windows open and paint actually got in on the tracks and the window was now sticking when I tried to open them. I demanded they leave immediately and they offered to come back to finish the cleaning and I told them they had done enough. I had to hire the window company back and clean the paint residue that was pushed in on all 2 1/2 window frames they had painted. The window installer had to disassemble the windows and clean each one (2 and a half large windows) with paint removal cleaner. He also had to replace the weather stripping on one window as they pushed and caked the paint onto the weather stripping in one of the windows. It was a terrible ordeal. I am just glad that our window installer was able able to get the paint off and fix the damaged weather stripping. Long story short ... I do NOT recommend Five Star Painting to anyone and tell this awful storey to anyone that will listen to it.
