I am very satisfied with the results of this project. Like many painting companies, the person who responds to the quote and arranges the contract is not the person who does the job. The outcome is completely dependent on the painter/contractor and ours was Ray who was outstanding. He was detailed, conscientious and took great care and effort to do what it took to do the job right. Ours was challenging with many prep and repairs needed before painting and Ray is very skilled, experienced and hard-working and made sure we were happy with the results. Thank you for a great job done.

Overview The initial impression of the organization was professional; however, the overall experience was disappointing. Key Concerns • Subcontracting Issues: o The individual who provides the quote is not the actual painter. o Communication becomes challenging due to subcontracting, leading to confusion over who to address concerns. • Pricing Discrepancies: o Chose the company based on:  Professional presentation.  Significantly lower quote compared to competitors. o Experienced unexpected additional costs during the job, indicating potential hidden fees. • Additional Charges: o Job renegotiation occurred after starting:  Claimed additional payment was necessary for services not included in the initial quote.  Example: Required a lift jack for the top spire at an extra cost of $1,000. o Raises questions about the accuracy of the initial quote and site survey. Quality of Work • Incomplete Work: o Areas left unpainted. o Issues with paint chipping. o Leftover painter’s tape on-site.

Awesome job done. We were impressed with the entire process. We would highly recommend them.
