We wanted to repaint our townhouse and knew it would be a big job. Mike and his team were very responsive and collaborative from my 1st call and throughout the whole process, assisting with paint color selection and completing the job in 2 parts to accommodate our schedule. The painters on Mike's team were excellent painters, pleasant and very thorough and precise in their work. We are very pleased with our 'new' townhouse and would HIGHLY recommend Mike and Five Star Painting.

Found Five Star online. They looked credible. I was very well attended by a polite lady on my phone call and the estimate was set for the very next day. Sohail was very professional and detailed in his presentation. I needed the job done soon and the quote was in line with my expectations. I booked the job. I received an excellent advice on the colors from Merife. The job itself was done as per schedule by a polite and courteous crew. Any issues that I had were readily attended. Had a great experience and I would recommend Five Star to anyone looking for a reliable painting company.

I was planning to sell my unit. I got three estimates. Sohail was extremely professional in his dealing. He explained to me how he would do a good job for me that would help me in staging my place better. Her interior designer helped me pick the color which really worked well. The job was done at a short notice and within the promised two days. My unit sold very well and everything was hassle free.

I am very satisfied and thankful to this company for providing the best possible service painting my whole interior of the house and the quality of finish with good quality paint. The work was started and completed on time as promised. The crew was great as they covered the hardwood floors with thick tarp and the furniture with poly film. Used five star a second time. The experienece was graet just like the first time . Merife picked a really good color scheme for the house for which i have received many conpliments. The job was scheduled as per by requiremet. The entire work was done in two days. Bahzad did a really paint job and was very friendly and responsive. Great experience overall!!

reasonable cost, arrived on time, very pleasant attitude , happy to discuss and give advice re type of paint to use etc. . Took great care in moving around furniture that we were unable to move out. The clean up was very good . Very satisfied with the job done , will use again when needed

Although the paint job was okay (cut nicely on the wall/ceiling area), the paint chosen was anything but good. It says it was scrubbable, but I have had to wipe marks off the wall with a warm cloth, and now you can now see the marks where it was wiped on the wall. Disappointed as now the walls need to be redone.

Being somewhat burned by another painting company that promised the world in 1 day, Mike and his team are a refreshingly different company. The quote was good, the service excellent and the outcome is perfect. I highly recommend Mike to anyone. He is very thorough and pays attention to your wishes and gives good recommendations on what to consider. Don't hope to get wowed by others, just let the professionals at Five Star Painting in Richmond Hill do the job well for you.

I checked out the other reviews from this site among others, and found them to all be in a very positive vein, so that's why I chose "Five Star" for our painting work. Dealing with Mike was a pleasure, and I felt assured that the work would be carried out with competence. Ali came on the scene at the appointed date and time and the work was carried out cleanly and efficiently, and completed in one day with minimum disruption in the daily use of our home. What more could one ask for?
