We had Mike Otani come out to do an estimate for the painting of our house in late March 2014. We wanted a fresh look in the house. His quote was competitive and he was able to break down the job and cost in a detailed quote. There were no surprises. We went with Five Star because Mike was really organized and knowledgeable. There are definite advantages to going with a bigger company. We were not really sure what colours to go with and so Mike provided a colour consultation with someone. This was extremely helpful and we were able to narrow down our choice of colours that worked extremely well in our house. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. Mike made it fairly easy. A huge part of this was the excellent work done by the site foreman, Hamid Rahimi. His attention to detail and excellent work ethics was much appreciated. Hamid and his associate Levi worked on the house for five straight days. Hamid usually worked from 8:30 to 6:00. Hamid made sure everything was in order and cleaned up and touched up anything that was needed the very next day. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Mike and his team were always polite, returned calls promptly and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The house looks wonderful and we are really glad we went with Five Star Painting.

We were very impressed with Five Star painting. Mike came and gave us a quote. He was very professional and was able to print out a quote for us on the spot. His workers are all fully insured. The painter was VERY clean and did a great job with his patch work. And best of all was that Mike's price was very competitive. Thanks Mike and Raul for doing a wonderful job. Fivestar painted our Bathroom and some adjoining areas as a part of the team of our main contractor. They were very easy to work with. called us ahead of time to schedule their visit. Did it as per the committed schedule. Did a cleanup at the end too.

Mike and his crew were punctual and courteous. The job (hallways on 2 floors) were done quicker than we expected but the result was thorough and beautiful. We were completely satisfied and would definitely employ Five Star for any future painting projects.

I recently got a couple of bathrooms remodeled from a Rebath. They subcontracted painting work out to Five Star. Sohail met me to prepare for the paint job and also proposed me to consider painting the adjoining bedrooms to get a fuller impact of my bathroom renovation. He offered me a free no obligation color consultation session with their interior designer. I took the offer and am very glad that I did so. I ended up painting all the walls around the house. The color consultation session showed me the possibilities that I would not have seen otherwise. When Sohail presented me a proposal he was very detailed as to which paints and materials I should use to get a high quality job and what would be the standards of workmanship. His crew was very good at the work and very neat. They respected my home well and laid tarps everywhere that they worked covered everything with plastic and did a nice cleanup at the end. They also completed my whole house in just two days by arranging a large crew so that I am not bothered. I am very pleased by the end result!
