I received excellent service from the team at Five Star. They were extremely professional and cooperative. They did a great job for me and I am very happy. Went an extra yard or two on everything. I recommend them very highly.

We had received a few quotes for a paint job that we had ben were planning for a few months. We were not entirely satisfied with the contactors that we met or the pricing. We heard about Five Star from someone at work and also from one of the contractors who had come to provide us with the quote. Five Star’s presentation was very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. The package was also very comprehensive and they provided us with a lot of choices in paint selection and also provide a free color consultation session. The color consultation was very helpful and we ended up changing a few colors that we had planned earlier and we now think that we made a good decision. The actual painting was done really well as well. The crew was very skilled and cooperative. In the end the house looks great just as we had aspired it to be. I highly recommended this team.

My house had not been painted for a while and I wanted to give it a fresh look. I was looking for a company that can provide with a good job and good service because as a retiree I did not wish to get into the kind of bother people get into with contractors. I already had received two quotes when I contacted Five Star for a third. They had good reviews on home stars and google. When I met Sohail I felt pretty confident that he was a good and reputable person to work with. His quote was a lot more detailed than other quotes and he spent quite a bit of time with me. His price was a little high but he then gave me a price match and offered some extras which other people didn't. I was helped by their color consultant lady to pick the colors. They started the job an hour late on first day because of the paint delivery but made up for the time. There was a lot of repair needed in my house the painters did a great job at that. They were very friendly courteous and helpful during the entire three days that they spent with me. I was contacted and visited on a daily bases by a five star customer representative who also gave me a small present in the end, which was very thoughtful. In the end I got everything that I was looking for.

My siding was painted a long time ago and the paint was peeling off. A fresh painting was due for a long time. Towards the middle of the summer I decided that it was finally time to get this item off my to do list. I searched for painting companies on the Internet. Five Star had some really good reviews on the Internet. They also seemed to provide free color consultation, which I thought, would be useful for me. I called a few companies and Five Star were the only one to answer my call on the first attempt. They scheduled the quote right away. I met Sohail and he appeared to be pretty competent and presented a comprehensive package like a free color consultation session, high quality paints and a bunch of references. I was pretty impressed and did not bother to meet anyone else. The help in selecting the colors was very valuable and I thought that I reached a much better choice as a result. The painting got rescheduled a couple of times because of rain but Sohail was very keen and communicative about rescheduling it as soon as possible. The crew that showed up for painting was very good at what they do. They power washed my siding first and then sprayed the paint for superior finish. The job looked pretty technical but they made it seem simple. In the end I had a beautiful looking house and have received many compliments from my friends and family. I have no hesitation in recommending Five Star.

We needed to paint a few offices and a few guest rooms of our motel. Five Star did a splendid job for us. They arranged a crew of six people who completed the job for us in just three days. The crew was very experienced and organized. The paint job that they did looked great.

I had bought a house that I really loved. One of the first things that I had set my mind on was to paint it in the colors of my choice. I had to wait a bit but after a couple of years I was ready and naturally very excited. When I started calling up painting companies unfortunately most of them did not seem to be as excited as I was. Sohail on the other hand made me feel at home. The time that he spent with on the consultation was a good indication to me. When he explained me the process he adopts he seemed genuinely interested to me in not only doing a good job but to get a good end result which is to have me happy at the end. The first thing he emphasized to me was to take his free color consultation with Pascal and then test the colors out. My session with Pascal was fantastic. She seemed to be as interested in my project as myself and spent an incredible amount of time with me to such an extent that it left me wondering as to how do these guys make money. The price offered to us was very competitive and based on a high quality paint, which we later verified ourselves. The painting job itself went very well. The crew was of three people led by Prem who was very friendly and made me feel at home. The guys were clean, cared about my property and did a wonderful paint job as I could judge from the finish. Their customer representative Nancy kept in touch with me during the project and also bought a small gift for me at the end, which I thought, was very sweet. In the end I must say that these guys did establish a benchmark of customer service for me.

I had gotten my house painted from Five star last year and was pretty happy with my experience. I had a rental property that my tenet was leaving. I needed it to be painted immediately so that I may put it back on the market as soon as possible. I contacted Sohail at an odd time but he responded immediately and setup a time to meet the very next morning. When he met me he accommodated me by starting and finishing my job the very next day. I was amazed at how Sohail paid regard the relationship and accommodated me. The painters did a great job and I was very happy.

We have recently opened our office branch in Brampton and were looking to paint it. Five star was very prompt to return my inquiry. I had a very good meeting with Sohail in which he explained me what I needed to do to get our project done right. I was impressed with his seriousness towards my job. He arranged for us to pick our color scheme in consultation with a professional. We were also provided with a variety of high quality paints to choose from. We were provided a very convenient schedule where the entire work was planned to be done over the weekend. We left our office on Friday evening. When we came back on Monday morning, everything was ready, the place looked beautiful and we got back to work right away. It was wonderfully convenient and thorough. I will for sure work with them again.
