    Finishing Strong

    As the cliché goes, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link; so is any organization. A major painting job in a multi-level home was initially assigned to a vey well-spoken, personable young project manager, who appeared to have bitten off more than he can chew, and did not leave a great impression - hence 9/10 rating. 9 out of the 10 staff I encountered throughout the project were exemplary. The responsiveness of the owner & admin. manager and care/attention to detail exercised by the area team leader, kitchen resurfacing specialists, handymen, painting staff are much appreciated. The job was completed close to a year ago. In the meantime, there were some moisture/water damage suffered because of inclement weather and eaves drainage blocked by leaves. I was initially apprehensive about contacting HPT again to assist as I was unsure whether this would be covered by their guarantee, but when I reached out to Brian, he was extremely prompt to respond, eager to assist and charged a reasonable fee to cover the costs for the repairs, and this is why I'm raising my rating to 10/10.

    Excellent Work and Service

    Complete kitchen refacing including extensive painting on architectural elements. Also filled all holes on cabinetry and installed new hardware. Final result was excellent and looks brand new. Highly recommended.

    Front door refinishing

    We were given an exact start date and end date. The process took 4 days with each stage being completed by a specialist for each specific job. The workers arrived on time and completed their respective jobs beautifully. Our home is south facing and our door takes a real beating from the sun. It looked worn down. Our door looks brand new. Money well spent. Very happy.

    Basement Painting - done right

    Great Company to work with. From estimate meeting with the owner Brian discussing what needs to be done and what the options are, through product advice, scheduling proces is beyond easy, good communication, and at the end what matters the most is quality work in promised time done by people that act courteous and professional. I found my team to be very detailed in their prep work that later turned into a great finished product. What I really appreciated at the end is that I was asked to see if I am happy with the final product, when the work was actually done. Too many people these days ask you "Are you happy?" too early hoping you will not see deficiencies that they don't want to deal with. This was definitely not the case. The guys walked me through with a bright light almost showing off the quality of their work rather than trying to hide things. Highly recommend. Whenever I will need a painter this is my company to call.

    Exterior House Painting

    Exterior painting of Heritage Home in Cabbagetown area of Toronto. Friendly and skilled work crew assigned to the job. They took their time and were very patient. Very pleased with end result. Clean-up of paint tape could have been a little better but otherwise a job well done. Quote and billing was fast and easy.

    Fastest way to make it feel like a whole new house.

    Not only was in done in less than a day, but everyone was polite and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Special thanks to being patient with my household and the need to rescedule more than once. Bonus is all the compliments we are getting from the neighbours.

    Door refinishing and staining

    Home Painters Toronto were professional and prompt in all aspects of their work. Most importantly, the final product looks great - water stained and sun bleached wood doors were sanded and stained and brought back to looking great again
