Home Painters Toronto completed an exterior stain of our bricks. Brian, the owner, offered suggestions through email and phone calls to help us with deciding on the colour and type of stain. Because the cold weather had come and we hadn't chosen a stain, we decided to postpone the project until the spring, which Brian was fine with. But when we got the warm week in October, I emailed Brian and he quickly called me back and rejigged his painter's schedule to accommodate our job. We were so grateful! The painters, Daniel and Jennifer were amazing. They arrived on time each day, were polite and took great care with the preparation -- even covering our planted pots. We have new siding, windows and doors -- everything was perfect after they removed the tape and plastic. They cleaned the area each day and you wouldn't even know there was an ongoing project on our house.
The only constructive feedback that I could say, was that I was disappointed that I had to drive to pick up the stain myself in Concord. However, I do understand that the job was being done for us with such short notice and we appreciated that very much. Although not necessary in our case because the job was so well done, a site visit at job completion may be wanted by other customers. We are used to having that with other home projects we've done. We are thrilled with the new look of our house -- a complete transformation.
