Having said that, I can honestly say that we really did try to meet all your needs on this project including time deadlines, specific working hours requested, furniture being put back daily, finishing each area before starting another, progress reports etc. On top of your requests throughout the job duration, we also made 100% sure the quality of the job was never compromised no matter what the circumstance. Regardless, I'm sorry we failed you in the actual job process, and I appreciate your feedback on that, since we can use this experience to make us a better business for future clients.
