We waterproofed our basement as soon as we moved to our house almost 15 years ago and we had no any problems with that system till winter 2011. Firstly our tenants started to complain about exessive moisture plus wet walls and finally we got flooded basement in the beginning of July. My husband and me was shopping around and calling several waterproofing companies and end up with Aquatech crew. Their customer service was excellent. They scheduled our appointment the same day and their van arrived to our door right on time. arrived right on time. The guy named Andy checked carefully the each wall inside and outside the basement where the water could have come as well as inspected the lot to reveal any other possible issues. Than he provided complete estimate which was a bit lower than the rough quotes of other companies, so we decided to hire Aqua Tech. Next day Andy and his crew showed up and started waterproofing. My husband observed their work and was very happy with their attention to details and hardworking. We can definately give them 10+ points as we are very satisfied with the results.

Called Aqua Tech to get rid of my clogged sewer. Their plumbers showed up right on time to inspect the sewer and find the problem. They put a very small video camera inside, and soon discovered a lot of tree roots with some waste on them. They explained me all methods of root removal and told me the simple mechanical cleaning would not solve the problem, the roots would grow back sooner or later. So they first they did mechanical removal using a sewer auger with rotating spiral head and advised to buy chemicals in Canadian Tire to kill the roots completely. I liked their attention to details and their manner to explain the process and can definitely recommend Aqua Tech to everybody.

Just want to share some positive experience for hiring Aqua Tech. I found their flyer in my mailbox and called them to estimate the fixing of my wet and cold basement. The price was average, not cheap but affordable if to compare with other basement waterproofing companies here in Richmond hill. They came to my place to inspect the basement carefully and gave me some more valueable advices regarding the laundry water system there. Their waterproofing work was flawless.
