Replacement of 5 windows
Windows arrived on time and were installed very quickly. The installers were very professional and did a great job. They had blankets to protect the floors where they were working and walking. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew how to operate the new windows and screens before they left. The finished job looks great! We would definitely use Ecotech again in the future.

Windows replacement
Product demonstration at the begining was very helpful to know the available options, and in making the appropriate choice. The work was done professionally, no damage to anything, they put back things in to their original positions at the end, and cleaned the area. They started and finished on time, reasonably priced and good quality job. They actually followed up after, to ensure my satisfaction. I will certainly use them again and also recommend to friends.

Windows & doors replacement
I had basement windows, L. Room window & 2 entrance doors replaced. Work was done in one day and few days later I did proper inspection. Found that 2 of the old windows were left behind in the back of the house, all the stickers left on the windows and doors and the staples in the front entrance door still showing. Six weeks later i notices that I could see the light through the weatherstrip in both doors & that is when I called ecotech. After first called I was told they will call me back shortly but did not, on my second call I was told they will call me next day in the morning & did not. Called them 3rd time & talked to the same person that supposed to call me back twice. Nicole asked me to send them a picture of the problem (light coming through the weatherstrip) because that is their protocol to respond to complaints. After the lengthy argument I was told to call tomorrow earlier because her day is over (It was after 1600 by then ) and She hung up on me without any extra words.

As these are very minor issues they should be fixed very quickly, just a matter of assessing and scheduling our service department. If you experienced any delay it is only because the issues were reported about a month after installation and this is our busiest time of the year. Giving our company a 1 out of 10 review is not a fair assessment of our service as you were initially very pleased with the overall work and product. Please consider changing your review score to a more realistic value according to the work we have done and service we have provided. Window installation
I was impress with Scott Spencer he was very knowledgable about the product,his customer service was exceptional. The work that was done to my home with the installation of windows was very good, I would definitely recommend his work again. Plus I am planning on getting more windows in my home done by his company.

Windows and Doors
Was happy with EcoTech from start to finish. Mark was the first to come out for a prelim inspection and h was knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to be honestly interested in satisfying our financial and esthetic goals. When the team showed up for installation they were friendly and hardworking and there were no hidden costs or bumps in the road. The sign of a truly professional company. Very pleased.

Ecotech is the Best Choice After an exhausting search of windows companies, my pick was Ecotech. Mark came out to quote my house, he was a very down to earth and amazing to talk too. He quoted all the windows in my house and a sliding door. He was up front, has no hidden fees. Some companies stated a price but come install day there could be high extra charges if we find things. The installers were amazing (Leon's crew), super nice guys, cleaned up after the job was completed. The new windows look amazing (see photos) Any questions I had, they dropped what they were doing to talk to me. I have recommended Ecotech to several people and so far 2 of my family members have purchased and a very happy. Advice on the purchase -when asked if you want wood or vinyl for the wall trim. Pick vinyl because you won't have to do anything after the install. I picked wood and I have been sanding and painting for ages. I needed a lot of windows. The reason it took me so long to post pics. -you might not need to go with highest efficient, most expensive glass to offer the LoE 272 argon filled. As compared to my original builder windows it has heat coming through the glass from the sun. I know we had some really hot days this summer. I expected almost no heat to come through the glass. I called to express my concerns and was told it perfectly normal and not to worry and when I see my energy bills over the year I will see the difference. With all that being said I only have ONE regret not getting my front door done as well. When that does happen I will be calling Mark. I hope this review has been helpful

Their service was excellent. Serge the salesman explanation was very clear. We save a lot of money. Momo and Marco the installers are the best. Excellent . I am recommending Ecotech to my sister. Excellent job. Highly recommendable.

Patio Door
Excellent installation, as well Mark the owner was very helpful and informative. Our door arrived on time as promised with a short turn around. We will look to have Mark replace our windows soon. I would recommend EcoTech if your thinking of getting new windows or doors.

Windows, Doors and Installation
I am extremely satisfied with the product, service and support. The team was very professional and not intrusive at all. I replaced sliding doors, front door, and all the windows in my house. My upstairs is no longer boiling hot since we went to our new windows as well. Excellent product! I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for great quality and craftsmanship while maintaining a reasonable budget.

Very professional in their workmanship. They arrived early Vadym and his helper did an excellent job of the installation and explanation of the window operation after they finished up. They were professional, they cleaned up after themselves and they are really pleasant and hard working people. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
