It was a pleasure working with Dave on ordering our new exterior back door from Ecotech. Dave’s follow through process was excellent and he always kept us up to date. The company was only one week delayed because we ordered a custom colour, however they called six weeks ahead to let us know of the delay.
We had our old exterior French doors replaced with a tall wider single steel/glass door and it looks amazing! Dave guided us through the order process thoroughly and provided us all the details needed to help us with our final decision. We wanted the colour to match our homes front door, so Dave made sure he had the right colour match and had the company factory apply the custom colour.
Between our salesman Dave and Hilda at the factory we always had prompt service in communicating what needed to be done, and what the timeline of the project would look like. They were wonderful to deal with and very professional.
We had other work to be done on the house at the same time, and the Ecotech team was very accommodating about working around those projects during the istallation. The installation was smooth and the new door look fabulous.
We were very happy with our Ecotech experience from our honest and no BS Salesman (Dave), our communications with Hilda and the final installation. From start to finish we would give them a 10.
The work done was top notch and we are happy customers. They arrived on time and they took great care in getting the job completed on time. We would not hesitate in using them again or recommending Dave as your go to salesman.
