I ordered Cobra fiberglass front door that was recommended by the sales person, they installed Max doors, after a year the trims was twisted, after several times calling them, their service man came and looked at the door and told me that this door wasn’t Cobra door and they told me they will change the door , it took them another 6 months and demanding more money to come and do nothing, they claimed that they have changed the door but I did put some marks on the door due to lack of trust and sure enough the door was not changed, now they are telling me that the manufacturer has to come and fix it, the glass is falling out, this company is the worst I have ever done business with, I do not recommend this company to any one even if they want to do a free job, I have told them if they don’t solve the mess, they will be in court.

We had Ecotech replace a circular window in our house and were surprised to find that the trim does not match the window size or shape! Per the picture below, the trim is mis-cut. jagged and not aligned to the window frame. The frame is 1/4" to 3/4" larger than the window all the way around. It looks just terrible. We also paid for colored exterior and they trimmed it IN A DIFFERENT COLOR! We've called the company dozens of times and they are very nice on the phone. We're told they are looking into our issue, but they never call back. We can only leave messages. We've been put off for months. It feels like this company ran once they were paid and have no intention of making this right.

We had a rough start with Ecotech but after some serious requests for service and unpleasant phone calls they sent a repair guy who did a great job. Window is working now, door fits in the frame better. The installers, Pieter and crew did a good job and the repair guy, Dimitry, was very polite, skilled and knowledgeable.

Great sales and installation professionals, Replaced 17 windows and Patio doors. They went above and beyond. House looks so different.... Great Job. Call them its well worth your time! Thanks to all

We had a great experience with Ecotech Windows. From the start when their salesman came in to measure and quote to the excellent crew who performed the work in one single day. The quality of the product as well as the crew that installed all the windows and patio doors is excellent.

They took the time to show us products and make suggestions to make the job more cost effective ! Had them back to do our front doors and a new window cut out. Price is on par for the excellent work they perform !

I will say I had a favourable experience with Ecotech Windows and Doors. My initial contact with David was pleasant, he is easy to talk to, listens and always answered my queries promptly. Ryan, you are also polite, friendly and helpful. Big thanks to both Nathan and Boris for the installation, two professional, conscientious men, they even cleaned up afterwards. I recommend this company.

Had 6 windows plus patio door replaced. 4 of the 6 windows were at second story height in cathedral ceiling areas. The guys had to work on tall ladders inside and outside together. Not easy to do but they did it. And one of these windows also had a round top so even harder. No damage to walls or floors. Good trim job. Patio door has the blinds built in. It makes the room feel bigger.

I purchased windows, doors, trim for $9,000 in April 2017 but when glass cracked in February 2019, it was not covered after almost 2 years of installation. They wanted another $1,000.00 to replace and install. No warranty.

Very helpful (both office and installation crew), fast installation, polite crew, cleaned up after, came to install at a reasonable time. Willing to come back and clean up the exterior glass.
