    Changed all windows in my house

    I had a great experience with this window company. They did great job for nice price. They hv a great time. They are very flexible with the time . Thanks very much

    Install doors

    I have been waiting for a properly fitting storm door since it was incorrectly installed last September (Ordered in July). The installer has been back twice since then and said it had been measured wrongly. The last installation in February was very poorly done and the door leaks when it rains. I sent them photos of rain pouring through the doors and called a number of times, but I just get promises. They do not honour the warranty in a timely manner, which is causing my door frame to become water damaged. I can't hire anyone else or I will void the warranty. It's been 10 months since I first ordered the doors. I am still waiting...

    house door and windows

    I recommend this company's product and materiel are excellent. Installer of this company extremely good. Job done well. Job done on time and customer service very helpful. Sales person required more training to do better business.

    windows and doors

    Issues with installation . 2 windows had no foam bottom had to strip casing and install myself foam.Called 3 separate times NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.just promises.he was suppose to sent can of foam and weather strip never did. Spoke to owner few times ,still nothing.casing installation VERY poorly. Would not recommend.they are quick to call you back but don't excpect nothing.This is the reason I waited 6 month to write ,I had to job done October 2017.Wanted to see after 1 winter. All together 30 windows and 2 doors. Job done in Ancaster.

    Thank you Marco for reflecting your issues on your installation delays. We did send the foam and weather stripping you've asked for, unfortunately it was sent back. We then offered to send it the second time and was stated " Don't bother with it anymore". We would be happy to still have what you need sent to you not an issue for us. Just to assure you the specific installer doesn't work with us anymore!

    All house windows replaced

    My house windows were 20 yo and drafty. EchoTech windows were not the cheapest but the best in my opinion. They offered lifetime warranty on labour/ installation , parts and hardware. Forgot to mention that they look nice too!!! The installation crew led by Andrei worked like Swiss clock. No mess, no fuss. Very satisfied.

    Window and Entry door install

    From start to finish it was a great experience. The salesman(Alex) was very informative about the different product offered, features and special offers. Was pretty close on estimating time of production and installation as well. Final measurement team was efficient and accurate as well. Installers I cannot say anything bad about them they are professional, efficient and as much of a perfectionist as me. After install, which took a day and a half (front entry door, bow window and 6 other windows) they left to do another job in the area. Came back the next day and did another walk around to ensure the job is done perfectly before leaving town. Great Job Ecotec!!

    Window installation

    The whole process with Ecotech was seamless and amazing. Minimal messs made when installing the windows and they are beautiful. The guys installing worked well together and were very efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get windows done.

    Window replacement

    I recently had the complete house windows replaced, along with the patio door. The quote process was easy, and was significantly lower than another company using the same windows. This of course felt like a bit of a risk, but they did a good job in cold conditions, with very little mess. If there was any "could do better" it would be to clean the windows after installation, which I then had to do to check the glass. But that's a small thing compared to the good job they did overall.

    Quality product and work but scheduling is a struggle

    Very happy and recommend their product and installation. However, the scheduling department tends to call you to tell you what date they will install vs what date works for you. So be patient in that regard if you use them.

    Replaced doors

    We were broke into This was the only company that included the storm door n locks n door knob but it took a long time to get installed n they were very late the day of installation
