    Window installation

    The job was completed quickly, cleaned up nicely, and well done. They were honest hard working guys . They came during the worst snow storm of the year!

    Window Replacement

    Had a large picture window converted to a Bay Window and 5 smaller windows replaced throughout the house. From the sales person (Scott) to the installers, everyone was professional and honest. Installers got the work done a day early and worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will use them to replace the windows on the back of the house in the future.

    Installation was quick and professional and the product was good. They cleaned up nicely after the work was finished

    New eight foot sliding door

    Beautiful door, quiet, light weight no more drafts. Will get new windows next year for bedrooms

    Poor workmanship

    Shoddy workmanship. Had to ask them to return to properly finish work. Installed wrong size trim which I had to have replaced by own contractor. I still have a large hole in window frame and after many promises they still have not fixed. I last contacted them August 27 and I am still waiting for a reply. Go with a company who actually cares.

    Horrible customer service on warranty work

    Installed 3 windows and front door. Shotty work on the front door as it whistles when there is a breeze and drafty all the time. Unable to get in touch with someone to look at the door. Out of the 3 windows installed one has a major draft in the corner as well. Product is decent but the service and instillation is horrendous.

    New doors.

    We had new doors installed on the side of the house and the back door. They were very professional and we are very happy with the look!

    Replace old windows

    Replaced kitchen, 2 basement, 3 bedroom and 2 upstairs bathroom windows. Basically half of the house. Plan on replacing rest sometime next year.

    Highly satisfied.

    Third time we are dealing with Ecotech. And again very happy with the service and product. The installers ( we had Andrew and his crew) are fast, very professional and neat. No mess left behind. Definetly recommending them to our friends and family. Not even a single negative thing to say. Thank you very much, guy!
