    window replacement

    We have use this company twice now and both times had great service. The first time was to install basement windows. The service and installation was quick and efficient, so for the second time we asked for the same installer whose name was Vadym.

    Windows and Doors!

    Great and hardworking company with very satisfying results in no time. They work very well, and make your windows look clean and fantastic. I recommend this company very much. Thank you!

    Full house

    We called Ecotech for a quote. They sent Richard Mayer. He was very pleasant to work with and gave us a fair price. He wasn't the cheapest but we wanted quality. His installers did a great job as promised. We are very happy

    Andrii team is the best!!

    Thank you Andrii and team for an amazing job! I was worried that it is not a good idea to install new windows during a winter time , but this great team did their job so fast and perfect, so I had to share!!! Once again five stars to Andrii installation team!!!

    New door and side light

    Andrew, Mustafa, and Val. These men came on time, worked hard, and never complained about the January cold. When we encountered trouble with the latch on the lock and door handle set we bought they were patient and stuck it out until we had a working door. These guys are friendly, polite, and professional. Highly recommended for both price, and service.

    15 Windows

    We had Ecotech windows install 15 windows. We found everyone very pleasant to work with. Richard the salesman was very helpful as well as the installers who worked hard and cleaned up very nicely.

    Windows and Doors

    I am editing my Review and Ecotech will have the opportunity to explain. 1. Windows - Good quality, installation good with no mess left behind. 2. Door - Great quality and look, installation good with no mess left behind. 3. Commitment - Questionable - If you deal with Windows and Doors, it's fine. If you ask Siding or Capping, be careful they might not be able to deliver it. It was what happened with me and my next door neighbor (job referred by me). Didn’t deliver what was agreed giving so many excuses until finally, they called asking for payment. 4. Client care – Poor (almost none). They need to improve it a lot. They did not deliver what we agreed and to solve the problem, I got a discount to fix it. So, now it’s my problem. As per my experience, 4 of 10 is a good rate for Ecotech.

    All windows in our house replaced

    We're very pleased with our new windows and everyone we dealt with during the process from Alex who quoted the job to Andrew and his installation crew. Andrew and the other installers were great guys to deal with, friendly and obliging with my few requests. They ensured both indoors and out were clean of debris. There was a slight hiccup with a screen after the job was complete but Andrew responded within minutes of me contacting him and provided a solution. I'd have no problem recommending this company !

    Patio door installation

    Love the door. The installers did a beautiful job. They really knew their stuff. Great caulking job, neat as a pin. The only thing I would criticize is the length of time since I ordered, until the installation. I ordered the door on the 10th of August, and the first install date was December 23 witch was not convenient for us so it was put off until January. The salesman told us "you should have it by the end of September". As I was not in a terrible hurry, the delay was not a real big deal. That aside, the door looks and operates perfectly.

    Windows

    Installation so far seems to be very good. Time will tell. The time between signing the contract and the install showing up at the door was a nightmare. - My install date was changed 3 times - Install date written on contract was not met - Phone calls were not returned - Emails were not replied to - I needed to call in as a new customer in order to have someone answer the phone. - Its never their fault and there is always an excuse that you the customer have to live with.
