Older home interior painting and ceiling repairs
After a receiving a final text reminder from the lead painter, Laszlo, Tayrone, Edith, Raj, Tullio & Arshay showed up a little before the arranged time and cheerfully started preparing to paint. Laszlo, the lead, did a walk through and compared that to the description he had. We agreed that we were clear and I left for work. The estimate suggested this was a two-day job so I was surprised to get another text saying they would be done before the end of day! Three rooms, two coats, ceiling work, baseboards, bannisters - WOW indeed! I was able to get home to check it and pay the balance before they left. It looked great and not a bit of damage or wayward drips anywhere. Plus just a great attitude of wanting to make sure it was good. And that's where it gets better. We had somehow missed an important aspect when we did the initial estimate and I didn't notice until after they left. Thinking now was the time while the furniture was out I called Velizar who did the original estimate and, long story short, Laszlo and one of his team came back and spent another 45 minutes doing the missed bits. Same afternoon. No charge. So not just a great job completed sooner than expected but also felt like we dodged an annoying error because of their willingness to correct it.
