    Condo Ductwork Cleaning

    The experience beginning to end was the best. I did my homework on the Internet, called companies, got information and am very happy I went with this company. The team from booking to end of service was great. They showed up on time, were totally prepared, brought runners to protect my floors, and fully cleaned up when the job was done. They answered my questions along the way and provided before & after photos and air quality readings. This company is 5 STAR in my view. Dave, Andrew, Scott, Jeff & Aaron are all terrific. I highly recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    Dave's Ducts were exactly what you would expect from a business that has such great reviews. The personnel were very polite, experienced and efficient and we could not be happier with the level of service from Dave's Ducts. If you need duct cleaning, would not waste your time searching for other vendors.... Lawrence

    Condo exhaust issue

    Awesome service from Dave. Provided complimentary advice, support, and recommendations through phone and email. Provided positive direction to rectify our condo exhaust fan issues. Highly recommend this company and would hire if future issues occur.

    Excellent service!

    Excellent service! We just bought the house and wanted to make sure we had a 'fresh' start. Mark was very thorough in explaining what he did and was excellent at his job. We look forward to using DavesDucts for future cleaning and will recommend them to our friends!

    Highly recommend!

    I'm very happy with the service I received from Dave's Ducts. His guys were polite, friendly, thorough, and most importantly, honest!! His guys came out even amidst the Covid craziness wearing masks and keeping their distance. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again Dave!

    Emergency gas leak repair

    I made a request for help with a gas leak by my furnace. This issue was doubly problematic because it occurred during a very cold day in the middle of the COVID crisis. Dave responded incredibly quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. Brendan from Dave's team arrived the next day and fixed the problem. Both of them were warm, kind, incredibly competent, and professional. They also went above and beyond to ensure that Brendan was equipped with proper PPE in light of the COVID-19 crisis, and Brendan was careful to maintain appropriate distancing. In short - you cannot go wrong with Dave's Ducts.

    Gas trouble shooting

    Got a call from Dave's Ducts when I asked for support on an issue I was having with my gas BBQ. They helped me trouble shoot my issue without a service charge or fee! I sincerely appreciated their honest help!

    Wonderful experience!

    Wonderful experience with working with Dave Ducts! Clear why they have such a great homestar review. We had Dave Ducts clean our ducts. They did an excellent job! What really differentiated them for me is the customer service. Dave really went above and beyond. We received a call back same day. Dave asked us a bunch of helpful questions for items we hadn't considered. His crew came out the same week and did a great job! Wonderful experience - we will be sure to be calling Dave next time and recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you!

    Install whole home humidifier

    Dave was very helpful and patient with helping me to decide on which humidifier to buy based on my specific requests. The installer (I forget his name) did a great job. He explained in detail what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the process which is what I was looking for. Also advised me some basic maintenance for the unit throughout the seasons. Great work all around.

    Air Duct + Dryer Vent Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning, Humidifier install

    Dave messaged me on HomeStars and set up a call for the next day. I had a lot of questions because I have no experience with the services they offer. He was very kind and patient and explained their process thoroughly and set up my appointments. The first crew was scheduled to come at 8:30 and they came 5 minutes early (hardly anyone arrives on time!) Andrew and Aaron took the time to ask us about our home, concerns and accommodated our 6-month-old child and 2 cats. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked steadily throughout. I was not sure when our dryer vent was last cleaned or how dirty it was, but they inspected it, took a picture and recommended that it be cleaned. I appreciated the honesty and option to decide to not have it cleaned if it didn't need it. Brandon called me ahead of time to inform me that he finished his first appointment early and would be able to come before his scheduled appointment if I was okay with it. He cleaned out our furnace and installed a whole home humidifier. He took the time to answer my questions and give me a run down on how my home appliances worked. Before he left he made sure I knew how our new system works and what to do for annual maintenance. From the first message on HomeStars to completing the work and final invoicing, I was very satisfied by the level of service, expertise and professionalism from Dave's Ducts. When the neighbours noticed we were cleaning our dryer vent, they even were able to fit them in after us! We would not hesitate to call Dave's Ducts again. (First time reviewer, I'm usually too lazy or not impressed enough!)
