We take our work very seriously and glad that it shows. Sorry that we were late, we are always at the mercy of our first and second jobs as we will always stay as long as necessary to perform this service. Vacuuming after our service is expected depending on the how dirty your HVAC system is - we mitigate this by isolating the supply and return vents by sealing them during the process, however - when the system is reactivated anything in the airstream that was unsettled may be forced through the supply vents depending on how bad they were to begin with. Also, often after a thorough deep cleaning of the HVAC system, more air will travel through without restriction and that additional air pressure could cause any debris around your supply boot to push out into the living space if there is a big enough gap around the supply boot and your floor. The best way to rectify any dust beneath your floor from being pushed into your living space would be to tape around your supply vents to close that gap. Before/after photos are mandatory with every service as they tell us when to stop cleaning :) As for our pricing, we publish all our rates as we're not interested in upselling.
