DavesDuct is very professional and efficient from start to finish. People are very responsive and treat you as a valuable customer. On the day of cleaning, Mark came on time and assessed my ducts and the furnace. To my surprise, he showed me the photos of very clean (and shiny) ducts and suggested that I can defer this cleaning. He could have just completed the order and charged me for the work, but he was honest and told me the ducts did not need any cleaning. I highly recommend DavesDuct for your job.

The funaces were both very tight and awkward pipes/coil layout but The guy was patiente and very professional and explain to me step by step by step what he will do, to ensure me. He also was VERY honest and give me some tips how to maintain the furnace and ducts clean for longer time. He cleaned the 2 furnaces, duct works (supply and return) and the 2 a/c coil in less than 3 hrs.

I highly recommend Davesducts for the following reasons: they are good at what they do, theyre reasonably priced but best of all, they are honest. Weve been using their services for the past four years. Twice they came and said that we didnt need the service we requested. They spent the time to assess the situation and left without getting any revenue. This is why we go directly to them now without checking competitors. We trust them.

Duct cleaning after a reno, in a HEAT wave: DDucts squeezed us into their busy schedule b/c city was in a heat wave & our family with allergies was unable to turn on our AC till the reno dust was cleared from the ducts. Caring approachable staff (Andrew) took the care to cover his shoes to protect our floors, took the care to prop open the door to bring in the machinery but to close it as soon as possible to keep the hot outdoor air/ bugs out; took care to knock and announce himself as he entered each room to access ducts (kids doing homework/ trying to stay cool in bdrms). Checked our HEPA, etc before turning system all on; reminded us to pick up new filter etc. Excellent professional service!! With this experience, we would call this team again for ANY HVAC issue.

Needed our ductwork checked for dust. Mark was prompt and professional and assured us that no cleaning was necessary saving us time and money.

Techs Scott and Andrew were on time, explained the procedure and walked through the house showing me the preparation for duct cleaning. Took photo's of before and after very satisfied with the professional way they did their work.

The guys came and cleaned my ducts without being disruptive. They worked within my preferred time and got the job done in a timely manner. Great stuff, I would recommend.

This is the second time I use Davesducts for duct cleaning. Seven years before they did a thorough cleaning when I moved in this house. So I only need to call for a maintenance every 5-7 years. The technicians know what and how to do their jobs. Im happy with the results and most likely will use their services again when needed.

We bought the building in 2015 and hadn't had the ducts cleaned. It was time. After Dave's Ducts did their work, everyone is able to enjoy cleaner air.
