    Duct Cleaning

    Dave's Duct cleaning had developed a very positive feedback online and in the papers. From the moment I contacted them I received a quick positive reponse. The appt was on time! The 2 man crew were efficient ,friendly and explained every aspect of the job before proceeding . Recommendations were made with no sales pressure. A lot of attention was directed to minimizing any disruption to the household. The job site was thoroughly cleaned . All questions were answered and there was a follow up. I highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning! Customer satisfaction should be based on quality of work,service,attention, honesty,integrity and and anticipating customer needs and expectations. Dave's Duct Cleaning gets my highest recommendation.

    Duct cleaning

    When my furnace maintenance company recommended duct cleaning, I was wary, but after reading the HomeStars reviews for Dave's Duct Cleaning, I booked an appointment. I am very happy that I found this reputable company with quality service for a reasonable price. Brendan and Scott were punctual, professional and efficient. They ensured that I understood all steps in the process, and encouraged questions. Seeing before and after pictures of the ducts was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dave's, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Duct Cleaning & Camera Inspection

    If there was a higher rating than 10, I would use it! These guys are truly wonderful. We had them here to clean our ducts in the spring and unfortunately had a fire a few weeks later. We called them back to redo the cleaning after the repairs were done and both times, they were absolutely fabulous. They are prompt, polite, and very honest. They also do a great job cleaning up after the work is done. Recently we called them again as we were having problems with some of our vents. We called the HVAC company that installed them and they didn't have a camera to snake thru and investigate the issue. Dave's duct cleaning came over with their equipment, spotted the problem right away, and even assisted us with fixing it. They went above and beyond their scope and we are extremely grateful to them.

    Duct cleaning

    House is 100 years old and we're sure no one has ever cleaned the ductwork. After renos and a new baby on the way we call Dave's. Incredible follow up for the appointment. Brendan and Scott were courteous, explained every step, took before and after pictures and even played ahi our puppy for a few minutes. They did an amazing job. And no dust left afterwards! We read this could be an issue when getting the ductwork blown out. Thanks to these guys, we feel much better about the air quality and understanding how to keep dust to a minimum. Hire them!!

    Duct Cleaning

    I would recommend this company to everyone. Scott and Brendan were very professional, cleaned up everything and took the time to show and explain everything they were doing. My cat has severe allergies and has been sneezing and wheezing and maybe it is coincidence but the wheezing has stopped and he has not sneezed since we had the ducts cleaned 2 weeks ago.. They did also gave us other options we could try to improve the air quality but did not push anything and suggested to wait since the air quality test were normal. They also emailed the before and after photos so I could show my wife the great job they did.

    Duct Cleaning

    Brendan and Scott were terrific. They explained every step of the process so that I had a thorough understanding of what would be done. The before and after photographs of the duct work and return air plenums gave me a good feeling about the overall cleanliness of the system. Prior to the site visit, your detailed emails and appointment reminders were very helpful. Thank you for a job well done.

    duct cleaning

    Brendan and Scott phoned before their arrival and did a thorough and highly professional job on my house. I saw ample before and after photos of my ducts and was convinced that they could not have been cleaner when they finished. All my questions were answered, often, before I even asked them. At the conclusion of their operation they did an excellent clean up. I highly recommend this company.

    Affordable professional duct cleaning

    I wanted to let your readers know about this great duct cleaning company. I have had duct cleaners before and even went for the "bargain basement" duct cleaners. Sometimes in the past when I did get the cheapest duct cleaners I found that after the air still smelled awful or even worse. Not with this company. Even when booking through email and telephone I was advised when to have it done and what to do at every step of the procedure for something so simple as duct cleaning. Well I found out that duct cleaning is not simple. These guys Brandan and Mike and dealing with Mike and Stanley at the office was a complete pleasure. I found them on homestars.ca. They went out of their way to answer my numerous questions on the procedure and were extremely professional and understanding with their explanations and procedures. And they did NOT even upsell their services. I had to inquire on the other things I could get. I ended up buying a HEPA filter as well as a VOC cleaner. None of my people I know even have one. Many people think I am nuts but these guys totally backed up my suspicions that we should have it due to our allergies and our desire to have clean air. In todays world the house air quality is very very bad and some research on the internet will reveal this to anyone. So I decided to get these filters after the duct cleaning. The price was reasonable. I can attest to the saying "you get what you pay for". The air has been very fresh even with our renovations going on. When I had to inquire about these services the staff was actually not pushy at all and I had to insist on it. So think about that. They actually was looking out for me the customer, not for my money! In addition to the professional efforts they also go beyond their duties to satisfy my needs even doing things that they really do not need to do. My family could not believe it. One of them had just done theirs at the same time and they are so upset that their ducts and air are still not clean. They want to call in my duct cleaners now! They paid 99.00. We will be using their services again soon. I highly recommend you use this company for your duct cleaning and air quality services.
