Duct cleaning
These guys were awesome! They did a great job and we actually find our house has more heat flowing through than before. They made sure to vacuum up any dust that blew back through the return vents, and they show you before and after photos of the ducts. it may cost a little more than a lot of the other companies out there but you definitely get what you pay for.

Duct Cleaning
We were extremely pleased with their work. Even though the workers were late, they did call ahead of time, with a new estimated time of arrival and asked if they could proceed. We also had a groupon that had expired but they accepted the value of it so that I totally wouldn't lose out. We would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning.

duct cleaning
Had a bad experience years ago and was reluctant to try again. I was dusting far too often so when I saw the Groupon coupon for Daves duct cleaning I decided to give it a try. I made the appt. date and time on line which was confirmed quickly. I then received suggestions and info re the procedure. Crew arrived promptly at requested time, introduced themselves, checked out the vents and covered them and covered and taped the cold air returns. Work was done quickly and they explained the procedure . The before and after pictures were unbelievable!!!!! Since the work was done, there has been a noticeable difference in the amount of dust accumulation which saves me a lot of work. The air also smells cleaner. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Duct Cleaning
I had the great pleasure of having Marcus and Shane come to my house to do the duct cleaning a couple of weeks ago and I have nothing but the most positive feedback to provide. I was so impressed with the knowledge that they had, the professionalism and how they went above and beyond my expectations. You can see that they take great pride in their work which provides comfort to clients who are nervous with the process. I have to admit, I was very hesitant going through this process because I was buying the service through Groupon or Living Social and with the number of 10 out of 10 ratings I wondered if it was suspicious. Now that I have gone through the experience of setting up the appointment (asking a million questions) and having the work completed I now understand why everyone has given Dave's Duct Cleaning a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning and cannot stop raving about the amazing service I received from Marcus and Shane. Thank you!!

Duct Cleaning
Called Dave's Duct Cleaning shortly after moving into a 9 year old home. After all the great reviews on this site, I felt confident they were a good choice in company and I wasn't dissapointed. Mark & Scott did a great job cleaning out the ducts, ensuring any questions and concerns I had were resolved. The company has also followed up numerous times to ensure everything is still functioning 100% with my heating and ducts. I would definately recommend this company to family/friends/complete strangers.

Duct Cleaning
These guys were courteous, professional, and ahead of schedule. I also very much appreciated the before/after pictures and the fact that they cleaned up after they were done. The email sent ahead of time with instructions for the client was also greatly appreciated.

duct cleaning
The crew had to show up twice because the first time, there was too much snow outside for them to be able to park near my house—but they were very accommodating and came back a month later and did a FANTASTIC job. The guys showed up when they said they would, were quick but thorough, extremely polite and thoughtful in the way they went about their work, and the before-and-after photos they took while they were here showed me how desperately I needed my ducts cleaned! What a difference! And then they phoned afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service I'd received. They're top-notch. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Duct Cleaning
We had Marcus and Shane cleaning our ducts a couple days ago. They were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would be confident in recommending Dave's Duct Cleaning as well as Marcus and Shane to anyone. The overall work performance and customer service was very good. I believe that customer service after the fact is just as important as it is during a job. I think it says a lot about a companies commitment to its customers if the service was lacking in any way, they don't hesitate to rectify the situation. I was initially going to rate the service 9 of 10 because they forgot to cover the outtake vents so some of the dust didn't blow out from it as they were cleaning and they forgot to reattach a three intake vents before they left. That being said, I was 95% satisfied with their customer service and overall work performance. I decided to rate the service the full 10 because when I informed them of the issues we experienced, they were more than willing to have Marcus and Shane return to reattach the vents and clean the surrounding area. We would have taken them up on the offer, but we already cleaned and reattached the covers as we didn't want our cats exploring the duct system. lol We had put off the cleaning our ducts since we bought and moved into this house February 1st. After this cleaning, I am very happy we didn't wait further. We watched a video of them cleaning our main intake. You could see a lot of dust and dirt being sucked out of the vents and as we got further into the video, my jaw dropped by what was being pulled out... Huge, nastiness filled clumps of dirt strung together with human and animal hair and whatever else was in there. What more can I say, it was down right nasty and it's seriously disturbing to think that the air we've been breathing has been passing through this polluted mess. If you've never had your ducts cleaned or you've bought an older house, do yourself a huge favour and get your ducts cleaned as soon as possible. Dave's Duct Cleaning will prove their worth by showing you before and after pics so you'll be 100% certain your getting your money's worth.

Duct Cleaning
We bought a coupon off of Groupon for Dave's Duct Cleaning services. We were very impressed. Professional employees, great communication throughout the day of our appointment and quality work. The employees really seemed to care about doing a great job and that is hard to find. Definitely a good choice.

Duct Cleaning
We've done some major renovation to a 30-year old house and hired Dave to clean up the duct system near end of last year (2012). They came on time and although there was a breakd-down in their equipment, they were able to complete the work on the same day. After his cleaning, we found out that one room was particular dusty. So we'd called Dave for advice. Dave professionally handled our problem and came to our hiuse again. They checked the system, re-cleaned where could be the possible hard-to-get spots with no extra cost. We were much pleasantly surprised for the no cost 2nd cleaning and a much less dusty house ever since. Thanks much Dave. Jim & Jihong
