    Truly Exceptional Company

    We have used DAVESDUCTS on two occasions this season: furnace maintenance and duct cleaning. Dave was extremely helpful on the phone, and set up appointments as per our needs. Brendan went over our furnace meticulously, and Kevin and Ryan did the most careful and thorough cleaning of the ducts that we have had in 20+ years we have lived in this house. They removed vent covers and cleaned areas of the system that had been neglected or ignored by other technicians. We used to have a maintenance plan through the gas company, and the comparison in quality of work is not even remotely close to DAVESDUCTS’ high standards of quality workmanship and customer service, which is rare these days.

    Duct cleaning and Duct Sealing

    Dave's team did an exceptional service in my house. They initially did duct cleaning and later duct sealing and flow of air increase tremendously in our bedrooms which were literally very cold in winters and hot in summers. Scott was patient with my questions and showed me the work he did and the results. Dave also quoted me a good price for the above work. I would anytime recommend Dave Ducts to anyone. Thanks Sameer

    Duct cleaning

    Everything was great! I have 2 kids and one of tue attending virtual school. I was worries that it will be some sort of impact to his day given the nature of the service. But everything turned out to be very smooth, and duct cleaning was performed in my son’s room during the break. Overall experience was smooth and easy, from setting up appointment to the actual day.

    Great service!

    Dave's ducts was honest enough to tell us that we wanted to get our troubleshooting done asap as it was already Friday and it's hard to get parts for furnace repairs over the weekend. They were able to help us get this done over the phone and were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

    Duct and dryer vent cleaning

    Everyone I dealt with at Dave's Ducts - from my first call, through the service - was friendly, professional, and they patiently answered all my questions. The work was efficient and thorough and all Covid safety guidelines were adhered to. Kevin and Ryan were careful and conscientious and walked me through everything they were doing. I would highly recommend this business.

    Excellent service, professional and went above and beyond!

    This is our second time using Dave's Ducts. We had an unexpected emergency, where a feather duvet burst open and exploded in the dryer. To say feathers where everywhere was an understatement... I called Dave's Ducts to explain what happened and was fortunate enough to speak to Dave directly. He was sympathetic and told me in all his years of business he had never had a customer call in to "report ducks in the ductwork!" :)) He told me this is a very busy time of the year and the earliest appointment he could schedule was three weeks away. However, he asked me to leave it with him and he would see if one of his technicians could somehow manage to come out earlier to deal with our problem. Our furnace was turned off to prevent feathers being distributed throughout the furnace and the house. And it was a cool time of the year to be without heat. Dave called back the next day and was able to arrange for one of his technicians to come out in just two days! The technician arrived on time, was professional, an excellent communicator and thoroughly examined our furnace and ductwork. He took pictures to show us and explained the feathers had not penetrated the ductwork. He told us the furnace was still clean from the last cleaning his company did three years ago. He said it was not necessary to clean the ducts in the furnace. We really appreciated his honesty. Then he inspected the dryer vents and took pictures. He showed us there was some build up of lint and feathers. He cleaned the dryer vents and showed us photos after the job was done. Everything was sparkling clean. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We are definitely committed customers for life! Fantastic company....Excellent work, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!

    Prompt, courteous & friendly service - THANKS!

    The team was able to meet our tight timeline needs and really made us feel like we were getting value for our spend. Spent 3 hours on the job, walked us through the process and even provided before and after pics from multiple spots in our duct work. We really appreciate the transparency given all of the Duct Cleaning "cold calls" out there and a previous bad experience we'd had 5 yrs back. Highly recommend Dave's Ducts!

    Duct cleaning and preventive maintenance

    I found Dave's easy to deal with, accommodating and professional. When I wanted a quote I dealt with Stanley who was very helpful. Then when I decided on Dave's Stanley helped me set up an appointment that worked with our schedule. On October 8 Mark called to see if it would be convenient for him to start a bit earlier than planned and with our agreement did so. He was very pleasant and professional including implementing social distancing and wearing a mask as per public health guidelines. Mark's focus was cleaning the furnace, ducts and central vac system. He did an excellent job, showed us before and after photos and offered to answer any questions. Brendan arrived later to complete the preventive maintenance on our furnace and central air conditioner. He too was very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. This week I received a follow-up e-mail from the company asking if there were any questions or concerns. All in all a very good experience. I will definitely request their services in future and recommend them to others.

    I would definitely recommend

    We had our ducts cleaned on October 2nd, 2020. What I like about Dave's Ducts is their transparency, punctuality, honesty, and knowledge. Mark was the representative that performed the duct cleaning. I called Dave's ducts a week before making the appointment and I was surprised that Dave was the one that picked up the call. I gave him three dates that would work for us and once booked I got a confirmation email. Prices are right there on the website, and we had no surprises when it came time to finalize the bill. Website price for less than 16 ducts was exactly what we paid. On the day of the cleaning, Mark arrived about 10 minutes early. He was professional in introducing himself and letting me know what the plan was. He asked if I have any questions and if I don't at the time to feel free and ask. He explained how the duct cleaning works. We moved into this house last November and we don't know when the last time the ducts were cleaned. The previous owner did renovations and Mark showed us before and after photos. My wife and I were expecting the ducts to be dirty but not that dirty from dry wall sanding and saw dust. Mark said that our vents were probably an 8/10 in dirtiness, and maybe a 6/10 in the worst that he's seen. We asked if the dryer vent needed to cleaned. Mark asked if it took longer to dry the clothes and if there was any lint left over inside the drum (with the exception of the lint trap), all of which were a negative. And he recommended that we keep watching for signs of a dirty dryer vent (I can only remember two of the three). We are quite happy with the service we got from Dave's Ducts, and will definitely use them again in 5 to 7 years or if we do a reno (which is what Mark recommended). Again, Dave's Ducts provides transparency, punctuality, honesty, knowledge, and of course experience. Thanks Dave's Ducts (and Mark)!
